Holy hecken heck. It's a beautiful grassland with trails that take you into some tree cover! There are usually quite a bit of people doing the outdoor things but I wouldn't say it ever gets "busy. " For people who like to scramble on the rocks or get your feet wet in the creek, this is the usual route to most of that!

Well maintained, easy to follow. It runs along a river. Visitors center is only opened weekends with limited hours. The bridge to the MASH site is currently washed out. Muddy in places 2 days after rain. Looks beautiful while the hills and mountains are green.
