after @6 weeks machine goes bad, returned expecting new replacement or refund
two and a half weeks later.and counting ffs
no refund

was told by store “you can buy a new one”. Ffs

they’re happy taking money
not so happy fixing problems.

Most retail you can exchange or return on the spot (not withstanding covid)
tried weeks ago to exchange product (machinery) that is supposed to be “commercial “ grade
still waiting 3+ weeks for refund or exchange.they offered to sell me a new unit ffs.

If you want thrips and soil mites this is the place to go! Me and my wife had zero pest problems then we find this place and buy soil and next thing you know we have a bug infestation. Clean store that's filled with bugs avoid at all cost.

The soil there is the best for growing. Roots Organic Green Fields is what I use and was recommended by one of the knowledgeable employees!

This is one of the nicest hydro stores I've ever been in. I have everything you need. They have deep discounts. They have bulk pricing. They have a knowledgeable friendly staff. Everybody there from the owner down to the people that loaded my car were very very helpful.

Excellent staff Tyler was very helpful and great deals especially for there ten year anniversary it ends today so I would hurry in there for big savings but either way from customer service to prices it's the best hydro shop in town my go to spot! Thanks

All i wanted was soil. 2 hours of someone trying to sell me a bunch of lights i dont need or want i finally got mu soil.

Not a bad place just has lazy ass stoners that run it. I'm 2 miles from a new location that seems to not like helping customers. They make me drive to the other location for things I need instead of stalking them. Thanks blow holes!

I called for info and was asked to please hold while they checked. They left me on hold for 30 minutes. I finally hung up. I won't be doing any business at Grassroots Hydroponics.
