I love Gravity Med Spa! I’ve been a client since they opened. I’ve had various treatments done here (hydrafacials, Botox, filler) and each the results never disappoint. The staff is kind and professional. They make sure you are comfortable and informed on each step of the way. I see nurse Chelsea for Botox and fillers. She is always honest and is a master with her craft! I look forward to going back again soon:)

Meghan is the best. Always gives great advice and suggestions, answers all your questions. She's so skilled in her work - I highly recommend.

Best hydro facial I’ve had in along time. Sarah took the time to provide me with her background and determined any needs my skin my have. She was very knowledge and pleasant during the procedure. Looking forward to getting a peel with her next.

The staff was very pleasant and professional. I met with Meghan for a consultation on some anti-aging treatments. She was very knowledgeable and explained the different treatments perfectly. She listened to me and made some recommendations. She didn't try to sell me anything. I'm looking forward to my appointment.

The day i was scheduled to get treatment I got stuck behind an accident on the 5 freeway and it put me 7 minutes late for my appointment so they refused me service. I was upset because it was out of my control & I always use Chelsea & I’d have to go with a different girl on a different day now. My disappointment was turned into being very pleased after my first injections by Meghan! She was so sweet and great at her craft! I’ll definitely be going back and Meghan will likely be my new favorite.

I started my Summer day with an early hydrofacial by Riley at Gravity Medical Spa. The spa itself was simply beautiful with an approachable staff and Jack Johnson soothing music in the background. I left refreshed and eager to return again!

Front door and exit door staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Chelsea the NP who did my botox was really knowledgable, gentle, quick and fun. Definitely coming back for more treatments. Love them!

Received photo treatment from the facility in San Juan Capistrano. Megan helped me and was very informative and did not recommend any services that were not needed. I appreciated her feedback and professionalism.

I have with her. She never overdoes or oversells. She is skilled at placement and no bruising. Always a beautiful result! I just had my first hydrafacial with Riley and she was great as well! My skin is glowing! Front desk and back staff is incredibly nice, always on time and helpful. Hands down this spa has it all! High recommend!

Love this place! Nurse Chelsea is amazing and has a great eye for aesthetics. Most importantly, they never try to upsell you on things you don’t need, which is very refreshing. They are very honest, knowledgeable and have a great selection of laser machines that actually give good results.

The staff at gravity med spa was super nice & helpful. I went in for an IPL facial but was advised against it given my current skin condition. I
Appreciated her feedback on treatment and not just trying to make a dollar and sell me on treatment that could make my condition worse.

They removed my review I posted before! They are fraud. Their hair removal is not working. Not only the trearments didnt work the "doctor" burned my both legs and she didn't even care! She didn't even return my money. Stay away from them for any hair removal treatments.

Love getting Microneedling done at Gravity Med Spa. The staff is always lovely and knowledgeable. They elevate my experience by suggesting what will be the most beneficial for my skin type and give me the best outcome on investment.
