-The happiest patients are from over a year ago, clearly this is not the same business model.
-The non medical god complex clerks that work in the call center have NO right to ask for your personal or medical condition, they’re just like us with a desk job.
-They dangle the office that you NEED to speak to and hold it hostage. It truly is faster to go to the office and deal with the folks there.
-The office I visit has charged copays erroneously because my special needs child didn’t know differently. This indicates to me that there is a money grab situation that Graybill is charging my insurance carrier.
-I really like the personable doctor and the nurses at the office. In fact, it’s taken me years to find the right person for my family and I’m beyond disappointed that we’ll leave due to the administration.
-If you’re looking to switch from a well organized and effective group, this is not the one. I absolutely REGRET my decision to use this Physician Group, it leaves me angry, frustrated, faithless and disappointed.
-What needs to be done is to re-educate personnel. What their responsibilities and abilities are with patients and other staffed personnel. The customer has an absolute right to privacy.
I offer the money collected erroneously to cover training, rather than call it INSURANCE FRAUD.
-There’s no need to have your people reply to this, it’ll be empty words of fluff unless they’re going to say specifically what is being done. Nobody wants a pat on the back and sent to bed over this.

Simply the worst. Impossible to call, no response to NexGen portal, and when you show up, they don't really want to talk to you. This is the best example of Government ObamaCare healthcare.

If you can help it never go to this group they are horrible. Literally cost me so much in insurance issues. Never submitted my medical records to my insurance company resulting in huge bills. They also did a horrible job when it came to diagnosis. Please heed my warnings.

Run from this place! I have had nothing but issues since my visit with Dr. Sharma, who has the rudest staff ever. I have been trying for the past hour and a half to just get through to medical records, but no one answers the phone in that office, so of course I haven't been able to get through. I will Not be returning to this office for healthcare, Ever.

Been waiting weeks to see the orthopedic surgeon, then I get a call 4 hours prior on the day of my appointment that he needs to reschedule, total bs especially when I take off work for the day. Greybill you never seize to amaze me over the years with your lack of professionalism in all departments.

They schedule appointments but don't tell you, don't remind you and charge you for not showing up, you schedule an appointment on their online portal because it's almost impossible to get someone on the telephone and the appointment does not show on the portal. Since Palomar was bought by Graybill they have become a pain to deal with, so much so that I hate to deal with them and try to see my doctor

Review is for the billing department. Even though I showed them in a letter the error they made, and enclosed copies of my insurance for back up, they continued to hound me over a hundred bucks. Easier to pay it than deal with anyone on the phone.

Graybill Medical is a Third World provider. The term "Medical Group" should, in all honesty, be dropped from its title. Significant problems are the norm at this facility and it is impossible to make an appointment or even speak with a representative. Your only hope is to abandon this group which appears to be unable to staff its facility. It's 2021, not 1821!

I've been going to Graybill medical group for over 10 years now I started out with one doctor but ended up with Dr. Tordilla and he is incredible hes the best doctor there in my opinion. He listens to what you have to say as a patient and that's awesome! The calling system is horrible cause the wait times are so long and Once you are connected with a real person they are trying to get you off the phone as quickly as possible is what it feels like so you get interrupted and I don't believe they're calling system works very well they need to update that or train their employees a little better. But the doctors and nurses that I have interacted with are awesome!

I could hear the nursing making fun of their other customers. Literally mocking elderly patients and young man who didn’t know what his meds are. Not to their faces. But behind their back. But I’m curious if these other customers could hear the nurse talking about them. VERY VERY unprofessional.

I had a virtual appointment and I was told I had to pay in order to have my virtual appointment. I told the customer service person to bill me because I didn’t have my cc at the moment with since I am work and she did I had to pay before I could have the appointment. I told her to just cancel my appointment and she just said “ok” and hung up on me. I thought virtual appointment don’t have copays? Plus I wasn’t saying I wasn’t going to pay if so I just asked to get billed.

2nd horrible experience in less than a month is pretty sad. Set up appointment for my dad with his primary doctor. Got to the appointment with my dad and mom. Note we haven't received insurance cards in the mail so I had to be on the phone for hours to get insurance member id. The receptionist didn't want to take the id because she needed the physical card. As much as my mom explained to her we didnt have the card because we hadn't gotten then in the mail. She started asking my mom but how could she have the id number but no id. She asked my mom where she got it from, almost suspicious about my mom. Other clinics have never given me such a hard time about insurance. Either they find it by themselves in less than 15 minutes or if I have the member id it works. Didn't get the receptionists name but I will to file a complaint. She kept shaking her head in disapproval at my mom. I think receptionist needs to be evaluated if she's a right fit for customer service because what happened on 01/09/2020 was disgusting.

I went to urgent care at graybill july 13th and 14th to remove then replace packing in my stomach area. The wait time was maybe 10 minutes, the receptionist, Leticia H was very kind and helpful. Nurse Tyler H was so gentle and kind. PA Regina Peterson was amazing. She calmed me down and walked me through everything she was doing. She was so professional and truly cared about my experience there. Sunday she actually looked for my name so she could help me. So grateful for this wonderful staff.
