I lived here for 2 years. Never had any roaches. Why? Because I kept my apartment clean every week. Some of the complaints about roaches are results of the tenants being unsanitary and lack of cleaning their apartments. So this is why roaches infested their units and traveled to other units. You don’t want roaches, gotta clean your apartment every week especially food area like the kitchen. This is where roach infestation begins. Don’t blame your laziness on management. My only complaint is the price. It used to be 2 bedroom $1250 and 1 bedroom $1150. After 2020,2 bedroom went up to $1950 and 1 bedroom $1650. You can literally buy a house for those prices. This is not Eldorado Hills. These apartments are NOT Class AA, and people that live in Rancho Cordova are not rich and can’t afford this kind of price gauging!
