16Caesar salad dressing tasted like thick mayonnaise with a touch of mustard thrown in. No garlic, no anchovy, no olive oil. Fresh lettuce but impossible to eat.
We tried their Pinot noir wine with cheese board that was amazing, I strongly recommend the wine
Great food and a big variety of drink options. Definitely a place to meet friends for conversation or start the night off.
Had been wanting to go here for some time and finally made it. Bartender was completely inattentive. We sat at outside window bar and he finally came to take our order. We also wanted food but when he came back he literally dropped our drinks off and disappeared without even one second for me to try to say I wanted food. I thought maybe he’ would be right back but no. He never returned until some other ppl came to the seats next to us. Even then I had to quickly jump in and say we needed to pay as by then we knew we had to go elsewhere for food. Super poor experience with horrible service. Will not be back or recommend.
Had a great time there! Katie was the best bartender/server we’ve had in a long time! Thanks for a fun evening!
Great location on Little Italy plaza. You can enjoy the view from your seat and be part of the crowd.
I think the food has too much salt and sauce that overpowers other natural flavors.
Good selection of wines, good menu with shareable items and very friendly staff.
Congratulations on finding a great spot in Little Italy for your restaurant!
Local in the Little Italy area, very kind girls. Sandwiches much appreciated, excellent and relaxing seating
The food was great! We got the sliders and dumplings to share. It might seem like a weird combo but we didn't care. The ingredients for both tasted fresh and now we can say we've been to one of Sam the Cooking Guy's restaurants.
You are right I did not provide enough details. Our waitress played with and touched 3 different dogs before and while serving our plates. This would be enough. I received a cocktail different from the one I ordered and the Prosecco was warm, both in plastic glasses. The salad was soggy. Rethinking about it one star is perhaps more appropriate for our experience.
Date night! Enjoyed a bottle of wine with a meat cheese and meat tray. Products were quality ingredients with great seasoning. Especially loved the honey and the olives. My husband loved the pickles and cheeses. Just a nice, relaxing end of the day activity.
Wow just amazing, after watching his YouTube channel we knew we had to eat there, and let me tell you we were not disappointed.
The kitchen was not open at the time so don't know how the food was it was really good service very comfortable chairs and I tried the old fashioned which was really good
Very nice outdoor dining during the weekend. You can choose to share appetizers or have a main entrée and cocktails are served as well.
You can hear the live music from the street performers and when your done, stroll through the Saturday Farmers Market where you could find fresh produce and many other delicious organic items.
The restaurant is located in downtown Little Italy, so there is a lot to see and do. Follow me for more restaurant reviews.
The location is amazing the food we tried is ok and the bar tender could be a little nicer and more friendly to customers.
We ordered to go and had it delivered to resort by doordash to eat poolside. The Max Charcuterie Board was wonderful. Good mix of cheeses, meats, and dippings. They spicy mustard and pesto were great and the honey and jam were nice surprises too. They also include some fruit/veggies/nuts for a salty taste. We also good the Gorgonzola Bacon Flatbread which was wonderful. I wasnt sure how the fingerlings would work with the rest, but it was all great.
Highly recommend for a snack or in place of lunch, but doesnt open until 4, so late lunch i guess.
My one complaint would be that they didnt have any blue cheese options to add to the boards, at least not through delivery. I partly ordered the flatbread just because I wanted some good gorg. Overall very happy with everything though.
The food/drinks are extremely sub par. Cocktails are made in plastic glasses, salads taste no better than Costco, and the flat breads are absolutely pathetic. The charcuterie is decent, but that may be the only redeeming quality of this place. It is relatively cheap, however, over all I do not recommend.
