Came in to get faded/lined up and left with just that, plus a smile. Pricilla was excellent. She knew what she was doing and is very good at her craft. I felt like she cared about me and I wasn't just a number. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Pricilla for your attention to detail and for taking care of me. My hair looks awesome!

This is the second great clips that is giving me issues since we supposedly reopened. I just drove all the way here on time for my appointment which it let me check in online and they closed 53 minutes ago.for hairdressers in there not doing anything won't cut my hair even though I have an appointment.

I found this place by chance! As I’m new to the area! And the were running a special offer at that time, a hair cut for ONLY $9 which I couldn’t resist! Though I was very concerned about the result! I was lucky to have Ms. Collin cut my hair. I did under-cut which was so perfect! I loved it and I got lots of complaints at work! Thanks great clip for the decent service and great price

I will never try great clips again. I went there I got a hair cut with the girl that has a green color in her hair. First of all, when I was describing what I want for her she laughed at my accent. Secondly, she didn't do what I want, actually I had to leave from there to another parber to fix what she did, cause I can't go to work with what she did (a street type haircut). I guess she think all blacks should have the the same type of haircuts. Anyway, if you got an African hair, don't even think of trying this place.

Super fast and a great deal if you’re a member. They cut my hair dry which I was worried about at first but my hair looks and feels great.

Why does corporate respond like they care, but then they do not follow up. From 2 stars to one star. $19 for a haircut that I specifically said I did not want. I don't know why I bother with chains. Employees do not know what a scissor cut is.

The ladies were so cute. We came in from out of town for a wedding. They made us feel so welcomed with a mission to please knowing we probably wouldn’t be back. Our cuts are great. Thank you!

Hair stylists are outstanding. Veronica and Krystal in particular. Every staff member makes sure the customer gets what they came for. They always have lollipops for my children afterwards. The stylists have fun conversations with customers and the workers turn into your friends when your a regular here.

Don't know if it's always true or not, but the last 3-4 times I've been there, they always have a "Cash Only" sign stuck to the door. I don't always carry cash with me so I either have to go to a bank or somewhere else (Sports Clips). But the last time I was there, the lady that cut my hair was outside smoking, followed me in and told me to have a seat. Didn't wash her hands, just got to cutting.

The person who cut my hair was sick with bronchitis. I told her I wanted a trim, the length was fine do not cut my bangs I would rather come back in 4 weeks than to be cut too short. Well bangs cut, 1 and a half to 2 inches off length, I had to ask her to blend where she stopped cutting as it was visibly uneven. I came home and needed to blend more and had to use a small round brush to dry instead of large. I now have a spike hair cut not one with curls showing. I told the lady next time to listen when some one says TRIM. Luckily hair grows back. Not happy.

I went to get a shampoo & blow dry. First off the wash was terrible. She didn’t scrub at all. My hair doesn’t even really feel clean. THen the blow dry? I haven’t seen bad blow drying like that since I was in highschool taking cosmetology classes. My hair still felt a little damp & it was frizzy as all hell. Please don’t go there. It was terrible. I don’t even know why I tipped her. It came out to $40 & definitely a waste of money. They need to train their stylist. & definitely be careful who they hire because that was terrible.

If you're going to be open late then the stylists should be okay and happy to take customers an hour before close time. An uncomfortable, rushed haircut expirencince. Can't recommend unless you really need a haircut and there are no other options open. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

I was really disappointed both of the hair stylist or barber they were bad at their job like if they didn't care, both of the lady's there didn't know what they were doing, they totally messed up my hair and my stepsons too, one was older and the other around her 30. I don't recommend this place to get a hair cut. I won't ever go there again. They need to hire people that know what there doing. No stars not even half of one. I had to take my stepson and myself to get another haircut to fix it, because my hair was horrible.

The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude when I asked a simple question. That was enough for me.
