I’ve been coming here about 4 months, great environment. Amber is amazing and always friendly! Definitely my go to spot.

OK men's haircut! The new app sucks! It is supposed to give you a countdown timer so you can sit in your car and then they will text you when its your turn I got there signed in via the app showed 22 minutes then 20 minutes then 18 minutes and never updated after that I set my timer for 15 minutes and then walked into the store and they had no customers. My total time waiting from the time I parked and signed in was 32 minutes! Why they don't have the app tied into GPS like other businesses to know when you're there is beyond me when I walked in the store there was two names ahead of me but neither one of those person we're there yet so they probably signed in from home and got delayed yet I was sitting in front of the store in my car and it didn't text me to come in! Don't use the new feature on the new app!

Great place to get your hair needs taken care of. Always consistent with cuts. Anna is the best.

Usually enjoy coming to this spot because I just want a simple cut. However last time, when I asked for some length to be cut off, I told the stylist exactly how I liked it and she insisted on doing it her own way. Now a couple months later, I still hate the way my hair looks and the way it’s growing out!

They got me right in. I registered on line. The stylist was very friendly and cut my hair just the way I wanted it.

Love going to this place, but one stylist in particular could improve customer service and not rush through the cut because others are waiting. Unfortunately, I don't know what her name was

Didn’t do what I asked and poor customer service. Asked for a shoulder length hair cut and gave a reference photo. Was given a bobcut. Hair stylist was rude. Wouldn’t recommend.

Online check-in. I'm a repeat customer & they have coded info in computer just how I want haircut. Ladies are pleasant & efficient.

Good experience. Rebecca made sure I was comfortable and double checked to make sure the cut was the way I wanted as we went along. They weren't busy and are ready for new customers!
Just check in online before you come over and it will tell you the wait time. No appointments. Just check in when you're ready to go.
I will come back for sure.
Oh and wash your hair before coming in because they DO NOT wash hair right now bc of restrictions for Covid. Unless your okay with a no wash cut.

I had a wonderful experience here. Prices were very reasonable and my hair care provider was very professional.

Class Act Wheel & Tire is the best. Tire prices are fantastic and they do not overcharge for additional services like balancing, rotation etc. The owner Ken does not cut corners. He has a lifetime of educating the public on "tire facts" that can save you even more money in the long run! Give Class Act a shot. You will become a regular like me, I guarantee it!

I always go first thing in the morning and I am out in less than 30 mins. All the ladies in the San Dimas location are great

Technically my girlfriend had her hair cut here, and we didn't have to wait long at all. This was our first time at Great Clips, and we would have given a higher rating but she basically had a trim this time. The staff were friendly and know their stuff! We'll definitely be back!

My first time here and very happy with my cut. Ardes and all of the other ladies were super friendly. I will be returning.

When I showed mild disappointment with my cut, the lady said I have weird shaped head.

They should change their tag line to Guaranteed Shorter Hair!
