I love the app they have for scheduling an appointment.it took a little longer than they said it would. I had a shampoo and style which were okay. The stylist was not talkative. The second time I went the stylist was much friendlier and did a better style. Their bathroom does not work so go before you go

Went there to request a service and they said they would call me within 15 minutes. They never called me back, and when I called they did not answer. I even left a voicemail and they never got back. Horrible customer services and an unreliable location. Very upset that they were so rude! I would not recommend trying to make any appointments to go here. Waste of time!

Katlina (sorry about the spelling of her name) was absolutely delightful and did an amazing job cutting my hair to exactly what I asked/described. She was genuinely pleasant throughout the whole cut.

Time they open says 9am. On the door it says 9am. But I'm here at 9: 20 and no one is here! I usually come here for a trim but this is ridiculous.

Only one hairdresser was working. Anthony. I showed few pics with what i want and asked him if he can do it. He said" yes". Whatt he did was not even close to that. Looks like he was not experienced at all in women haircuts and" bit more than he could chew". He could just honestly admit that he cant. Price advertised at that time for haircut was under $ 20. And i thought " ok, ill try it out". But the sum what i was charged was not even close to that. He charged me $48! Wooow! In the end i did not get what i want and even growing out my hair looked bad. And i overcharged!
I would not go there. Nop. And wont advice to anyone either. Even in time of pandemic.

I'm not sure what her name was but there is someone who knows how to cut a fade here. Not sure about the rest of them

I have been going to this Great Clips for years! They are the best! My hairstylist is Irma, she is fantastic!
Also, every November, they offer a prepaid card, you can buy 10 haircuts for one price, and save about 5-6 dollars per visit!
AND, they honor a free hair to veterans on Veterans Day!

The girl totally messed up my son fohawk.what part of do the same hair cut but clean it up isn’t clear.she cut all his hair off.omg.i recommendation NOT GOING HERE.

Hit or miss.really depends on the stylist.
Frankie nailed a bomb fade so I went back.unfortunately the next stylist never asked me what I wanted and proceeded to do exactly what was written in the notes for my previous visit. She tried to fix it, but she really didn't seem to care. Probably won't go back unless it's Frankie.

Like others have said, it’s a hit or miss. There’s been times that I go in and the ladies do an awesome job on my hair and actually one time a random guy asked me where I get my haircut because he thought it looked that good. But on the other hand, the other half of the stylists don’t put in a ton of effort and it seems like sometimes they just try to get it over with ASAP. I always forget the good stylists names, so I have to roll the dice when I get my haircut because I’m always a walk in since I hate scheduling in advance. For the price, it’s probably the best haircut you’ll get. Place is clean, the ladies always seem nice to me at least, but sometimes you can tell they don’t love their job and probably want to go smoke in the back room instead. Nevertheless, if you’re looking for the best 17$ haircut this is probably the place. If you’re looking for a detailed and attentive haircut, you should look somewhere higher end
