Jen is awesome she's been cutting my hair for over 10 years. Hard to get it a good A-line but gots it down

My husband got a haircut Saturday 2/4, between 9-10 am and the picture says it all! When he came home and told me that he didn’t even say anything, I couldn’t believe it. He said he just wanted to get out of there. The lady didn’t even say anything about it or apologize it’s not like it is small. It’s a huge bald spot that she cut, he should’ve said something that he made a mistake on. However, for the lady who cut his hair to not say anything or acknowledge, her mistake is just beyond me. I have no words. The only reason I even gave two stars is because the lady that cut my sons hair did a magnificent job.

Jennifer was my stylist in December, Kim in August. Both are personable and, most importantly, know my preferences-maybe better than me, Richard. Same for Mary. At this location on Main St. Vista, they were the only stylists working that day. Troopers both-Richard, Mary's husband.

Maria has become our go to when we need haircuts. Sadly she is leaving but we have loved coming in to see her while getting our hair cared for.

I didn’t have the worst experience but my haircut was pretty messed up. I would say if you’re going, make sure your stylist understands what you want. I had reference pictures but my hair has all these random layers now and no length like I wanted.

Jennifer did an amazing job on my hair. I highly recommend her! If you're reading this, sorry for almost falling asleep during the shampoo / cut.

We made a reservation online. Waste of time.
Just walk in. They take your spot. Don't do an appointment.
Not cool. So, after a 30-minute wait.they turned it into an additional hour.

Don't bother with all the negative comments. Everyone only has time to post a bad review, never a good one. The entire world is short staffed so there is a wait and it's a service being done, not Amazon instant delivery! Wait time was fairly quick. Kim was very patient and helpful. She went above and beyond for my daughter's first haircut. Our haircuts also came out great!

Check in online, says 22 minute wait. Get to the store after 20 minutes and they say their are two people ahead of me and it's going to be 40 minutes. So an hour wait basically instead of the 20 minutes it stated. Wasted my morning

Worst hair cutting experience I've ever had. I had long hair asked for trim ended up shoulder length. Also random chunks of my hair around my head are chin length.my 10 year old sister could of done better. Now Stuck with choppy un even hair. Should of gone to super cuts

When I walk in and smile at the first employee I make eye contact with and they roll their eyes while welcoming me to “Great Clips” I turn around and walk out. No thanks.
