Great Clips, San Diego CA

Terrible! Worst haircut I've ever gotten. I asked for wispy curtain bangs and showed pictures and the hair stylist if you could even call her this gave me this uneven choppy mess! I also got layers and the whole process seemed so rushed it probably only took 10 minutes which is ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE! I'm going to ask for a refund because this is not acceptable and then go somewhere actually competent to get it fixed.

Hun is great at cutting hair! Me and my been going to this location to get our hair cut by her for many years. I don't like the fact that this location doesn't accept GC coupons that come in the mail.

Kicked out for suggesting a hair length to my friend during his haircut, did not interrupt or anything he had just sat in the chair. Lady cutting the hair yelled at us and kicked us out for “telling her how to do her job”. While we were waiting we watched her kick out 2 other customers for the most insignificant reasons. Horrible customer service. Left my man with a half shaved mullet. Did him dirty. The stylist was named Nicki.

Did not have a good experience at this location for my last 2 visits.
I have had good experiences at this location in the past but not during my last 2 visits recently.
The hair dresser was not friendly and the haircut was not perfect. The coupon which should be acceptable across San Diego Great clips was not accepted at this location (I see similar pattern from the past comments as well).
So, would plan to avoid going to this location in future.

Worst and pathetic experience from the staff.
It seemed like guy was not interested in his job. I felt unwelcomed there. I wanted to give 0 star but it's not possible. When a big name like great clips is associated, people would expect good service and welcoming experience.

He might be having a bad day I understand but he should not take it out on customer. Got negative vibes from him. As a customer tried to get advice from him, but got nonchalant response from him.

Plus a coupon which is accepted in every great clips of San Diego was not accepted (I am guessing he didn't want me to give the discount). I have checked the details of the coupon on website and found to be applicable to this store.

I would like to have a little chat with manager who can better explain me the reason of such treatment (and I can give the name of the guy).

Trust me I have had best experience in this store but this time it was not tolerable. Never going back to the place again.

LOVE it here. They are so sweet and accommodating and my husband and I love the one guy that always fixes up my husband's hair after I mess it up cutting it

Staff is very friendly and had good conversation. She fixed the bad hair trim I did in my daughter hair. Thank you

Prices were not as advertise or promoted! 40% higher than I was expecting to pay!
My advice is regardless of what gets you in to the place confirm price before!

your boiler plate reply is not a justification when the sign on the wall Indicates a lower price than you charge me. When I question price variations to management no effort or discount was offered. Basically attitude was “on darn that’s to bad for you ”

My hairstylist was kind and sociable. Oh and she gave me a great haircut too. I never have bad experiences at Great Clips

Had visited first time to this place. Was good experience. Schedule my haircut appointment online. And got haircut onetime without any waiting.
Would recommend this shop for haircut.

Schedule with the app, less waiting. You get a good haircut when you communicate well with respect you entitled millennials.
