Great Clips, Sonora CA

This place is hit or miss, half the time I have to go back and get my hair fixed from the previous cut. Today, they skipped over me on the online check-in because I let an elderly lady go ahead of me. The hairdresser remarked that I just didn't want her specifically, which isn't a lie, I was just trying to be polite. This place is a no-go for me.

Took my mother here for a hair cut. We walked in and they said about 20 min. Went to ross came back and she got right in. Nice cut and the hair dresser was nice. Only 20.

They cut it way too short.theres no good hair places in this town, and certainly not at this place of buiseness.

Great Clips is a nice salon & good stylists, just wish all the stylists there were good at their jobs. I always seem to get that one stylist that wants to cut my hair the way she wants my hair cut. No matter how many times I tell her the way I want it & I don't like the way she wants it cut, she still cuts it her way. So looks like I'm looking for another place.

Checked in online (55 min wait). Arrived on time waited 5 min and my name was called. The lady asked me if I was waiting for Monica and I said yes. The lady took a differnt customer. When Monica finished her hair cut.l (10 min) Monica called someone else (Joe) I said I was next and Monica said no your not? I told her My name had been called, but I waiting for you. Monica said sorry your gonna have to wait. This the 2nd and last time I have a problem with there online check in. I will never get my hair cut at great clips again.

Got an excellent haircut and had a very human interaction here. I think the lady's name was Sonya, or something roughly like that. We talked about the return of mullets and the movie Grease.

Had a great experience at great clips. Deja was super nice and did a great job just doing a little trim on my long hair. My husband comes here all the time and suggested I go. Thank you deja for making me feel comfortable.

Made appointment online, was informed thru text my turn was coming up, and had a stylist listen to me.it was great having conversation and getting what I wanted.

I got a great hair cut at a reasonable price. I and all the other customers were treated with respect and kindness. Thanx girls:)

Not the friendliest place. And didn't listen to how I wanted my daughters hair cut. I said just above the shoulders and they did it right near the ears and it was uneven. Wasn't happy about it. Not kid friendly or very welcoming. I'm leaving this comment not to complain just in hopes for improvement and for awareness.

This place was surprisingly busy. It may save you time to get a reservation on the app or calling ahead. Friendly staff.

Always have to get it corrected after it's cut. The rush to get as many ppl taken care of effects the quality of the end result. Not many places left up here since hair masters closed.

The women were wonderful who work there. It was my son's first haircut and the woman was so sweet with him and my daughter.

Love the way Chrissie cuts my hair. It's also nice that you can check in online and the app gives you texts telling you how much longer it will be before it's your turn

Had my haircut by one lady and it was okay. Had to come back in and get my fade done right by another woman working there but, all together it worked all alright
