Hairstylist Rose is an extraordinary representative for Great Clips and has always produced exceptional hair care to my difficult hair growth. I feel I am in the best service and care possible when Rose, at Great Clips Broadstone Stoer in Folsom, California is representing Great Clips. I thank Rose directly and I thank Great Clips for retaining her services.

Lauren is my new favorite, I always go to great clips for the convenience and price, but I usually ask for 2 inches off and feel like I leave with 4 inches off. Today had the perfect cut with Lauren, she was very thorough and did exactly what I asked for, even gave me her advice on my layered bangs that made them look much better than what I usually ask for.

Bella got me in and out in 15 mins and I’m thrilled with the beautiful hairstyle she gave me! I was in a time crunch but she pulled it off!

*note to those complaining about the wait; when you find a good hairstylist, deal with it because Bella’s skills, her efficiency and her personality is worth the wait!

This is the worst hair salon that I’ve ever been. People are rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Terrible haircut. The person seemed unskilled and untrained. Very unevenly cut, hair line messed up and the directions I gave were clearly not followed. See the pic below, its taken just 1 week after the haircut.

This place is great. The location is great within a strip mall. You can register online to start getting in line. Don’t have to wait there. Next to this there is Raleys. One might get grocery shopping done while waiting for their turn. Staff is courteous and skilled. They don’t push hard to sell their cosmetics. Which is a plus for me. Rates are on par with other shops but you get $5 off coupon on your next visit.

This place is usually good, as i have my hair cut by the same stylist, however, the last time i went there, my stylist wasn't present, even when i was told on the phone that she would be.

I arrive at the Broadstone location and they told me that my stylist who usually cuts my hair is waiting for me, i walk up to her and its a COMPLETLY different girl, i then go to the FRONT desk and ask what the deal was and they said this was who cut my hair the last time.obviously there is an error in their system. I then describe the person who cut my hair and they told me that shes no longer at this location, and couldn't tell me where she went, which is a bummer because she had it down! At this point i thought id give this new stylist a chance even though she didn't know how i wanted my hair cut, this lady who looks to be from Filipino descent RUSHES through my hair, and cuts one side visibly shorter than the other, which doesn't help my body dysmorphic disorder ONE BIT, and to top it off, her hospitality was sub par, AT BEST.

I'm a nice person so i didnt say anything as the damage was already done so i just paid and left but this is unacceptable at all cost, these stylist should LISTEN to how we want our haircut and do it carefully instead of just trying to 'GET TO THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE"
