Great Clips, Seal Beach CA

Nothing “Great” about the haircut my son received here. It’s uneven and has random scissor cuts everywhere. Do not go here unless you’re just getting a buzz cut.

My partner went in for a haircut and we were both super happy with the service and haircut! AJ did an awesome job and we will be going back for sure.

Came in without an appointment or anything and was seated right away. All the stylists were very friendly and pleasant to be around. Had my haircut done by Lauren and she did an amazing job. I didn’t have to show her any inspo pics and she was able to give me exactly what I wanted with just the description I gave. I was in and out of there in under an hour and it was a very peaceful experience. The shop was clean and smelled fresh, the chatter was light and quiet, and I got a great cut, no complaints here. 10/10 recommend coming here if you need a quick and cheap haircut that’s not too complicated. Even with tip, the cost was still half of any other barber shop for the same haircut. Very professional, will be returning next time I need a trim.

First of all I would like to say I had a wonderful experience here at Great clips. Carianne and Lauren we're especially nice and funny and made my time there great. Next I would like to say I don't know why people leave negative reviews for such minor things to those people the world does not evolve around you. These are hard working women and men who deal with I'm sure rude customers all day. My experience here was amazing I will definitely be back. Thanks Great Clips

Checked in for haircut and was there at 5: 40 and they said they were already closed and wouldn't take me and went I to ask questions and wouldn't acknowledge that I was there. I did like that place but don't recommend it anymore.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! We got to the shop about 5: 35-5: 40 and there were 2 stylists there. A guy with glasses was cutting someone's hair and the red headed heavy set lady was sweeping and walking around. I had already checked my son in and it said to come in and tell the stylist when u arrived. She said they were closed and didn't take anyone after 5: 30. If that's the case then it should state that on the app and it should say that this location closes at 5: 30pm not 6pm. Basically they wanted to be out of the shop by 6pm, because if they were open until 6pm they would take customers until 6pm. My son liked this location but I doubt we will ever return! Horrible customer service! Oh and fyi the stylist left and this place was closed before 6pm.

This place has horrible service. Their
prices are too high and they are rude. The turnover is constant. Don't go here.

I had a horrible experience at this location. It was over the explanation of my haircut. It was an Asian woman I had this incident with. She was rude and kicked out of her chair. She was not able to communicate professionally. Got a haircut from another women. Even as I was getting my haircut from someone else. The Asian woman continue to berate and verbally assault me. I did not speak back to her. I was so comfortable. I will never come back to this location.
