Make sure that when you check in on line you put in your phone number for text alerts otherwise your waiting time won't start running. I checked in online, refused the texting offer and when I got to the shop my timer was still the same.

Besides the clippers being dangerously loud and another stylist complaining about customers tipping too little, the haircut was fine for a discount place.
