Showed the picture of previous cut but still messed up big time. Plus, the barber acted as if he's a doing a favor cutting my hair.

Pleasant experience here so far. Never too busy. Parking can be the only hassle here at times.

She remembered me from 5 months ago when I was pregnant. I really like her service and knows what I want for my hair style as being a new mom. Definitely will go back to her in the future too!

I took my children there because of the discount - I would never go back. They cut my sons neck. He was crying on the car ride home. My daughters hair is a mess, I had to go to SuperCuts so they could fix it. What is wrong with this place? Brokaw Rd Great Clips get your house in order.

The guy cutting the hair was super rude. After he was done cutting, I asked him to slightly shorten a bunch of hair at the back. He was very resisting and rudely asked me, "how much is slightly".

He just wanted me accept whatever he had cut

Caucasian Male here. I’ve been going to great clips for around a year now at this location. I have been to a lot of barbers before, but I really must mention the standout job Connie has done with my hair that other barbers could not. Having curly hair is no easy task as a man, but she entirely understands the curl. Fantastic job Connie. Thank you!

Bad Haircut, Overpriced, they do not take there time, no english what so ever, cut my neck - bleeding, waste of time.

How do you now know to cut a simple fade haircut? Please train your staff. Why are they in such a rush? Clippers are never charged. I will not be returning since increase in price. Almost $30 with tip. To expensive for this type of service. NO VALUE

Another haircut down the drain! I asked for a 1920s haircut and even I also showed a picture, told the stylist what I wanted and tapered the back. Well one side is a lot shorted than the other and he didn't bother cutting my bangs which is the key point of having that type of hairstyle! I had not so great haircuts in the passed but this takes the cake. It was so bad to a point I had to get scissor from ulta beauty then cut my own bangs, turned out a lot better than what I got. Never come here again.

Decent hair cut service. Key part is you have to book the appointment online to save time else you end up waiting longer

Service is good but wait time calculator is not accurate.
“Current est time” says 0mins even when numerous people are in queue so everyone shows up at the door front only to wait in the line => which means online checkin and estimated time counter is non efficient and deceptive.
