I request Donna for my hair trims. She actually knows how to do my hair to my satisfaction. I have funky hair.flat on top and super curly on the rest. Difficult to work with for me. She gets it right every time. Thank you Donna. Mmmmmwha

The Barber person used clippers to thin out and blend the sides of my hair. Usually they use sissors to thin the sides out, which leaves my hair all looking the same length. When I got up it looked “OK” because she used water to wet my air then combed it to make it look the same length. After it dried my hair looked like a bowl had been put over my head before the hair was cut very closely on my sides up to the “Bowl”. Needless to say I have been getting inquiries from family and friends about who cut my hair, because it looked terrible. This is the worst air cut I have ever received, and that includes Marine Corps Boot Camp. I don’t think I will be back.

2 hour wait for a hair cut on a Monday afternoon. S stylist left when there was a full lobby, waiting.

Never have had a problem until yesterday but the male “stylist” in there didn’t inform me he was not comfortable doing a certain cut and just wrecked my hair. My mullet looks like it was cut with sheep sheers and a speed square. He didn’t know what a side part was so I got a Lloyd bowl cut that’s just long in the back, a “bowllet” if you will. Can’t remember name of the dude but something needs to happen before someone else falls victim to that hack job

Tha Great Clip app to is nice, the problem is when you reserve your spot in line it shows you how long you have to wait. I make reservation a spot from home. Then it will tell you to leave and get your cut! The last 4-5 hair cuts I’ve had when you get there I’m usually 4 places or more from getting my cut. I end up waiting 30-50 minutes. The Atascadero Great Clips seems very disorganized, this could be part of the problem but the app needs work or personnel needs to quit talking so much. Or learn to multitask, don’t stop cutting hair when you’re talking!

I mean it's okay all I did was get a trim off the back of my hair. But the whole checking in process online is pretty much pointless. So even though I checked in and my app told me to get there and I waited for it for an hour, one of the people inside were like oh yeah that doesn't matter we still have to check you in here. So if somebody comes before you then they'll have to be taken first. Which literally was not cool. Can't really reply on a major haircut as I just got a literal trim of 3 in off the back of my hair which is extremely long it'd be great if they had a trim price but they charge you for a full cut checkered like less than 10 minutes out of there

Worst experience ever! No hello from the two stylists, no smiles, they purposely did not answer the phone while cutting my hair with both stylists saying, "oh no, it's too early on a Monday morning for that. " My stylist looked so bored and depressed, she never engaged in conversation with me though I tried. The haircut itself is completely uneven and I had to get another haircut to fix it! Never again! Zero people skills, zero professionalism, zero haircut skills.

Appt was made with their app. So didn't wait long. The styles was friendly and good at her job. Not too mention great on the eyes.

Its not necessarily the best place in Atascadero, I haven't tried them all but my son and I love what Amanda does for us there. She is very friendly and will do what it takes to make you look good and happy with your haircut. Really, everyone is nice and friendly, but when my son says he likes his hair artist, you stick with 'em. Thanks Amanda and the whole Great Clips crew!

Every time I come hear they don’t do that good I would always need to fix it when I got home and I wouldn’t ask for anything complicated just a trim and a trim on my bangs but my hair was uneven and my bangs were all different sizes

I've gotten my hair cut here numerous times. I am always happy with my haircut and every person who has cut my hair is really friendly. The prices are fair and affordable; the experience is what's more of a value to me.

Very professional, and very friendly. I don’t remember who cut my hair but she was gentle and fast.
