It's all about who does your hair here. Sorry if I chop your name spelling. Simona was great, she did an excellent fade would recommend her 100 percent. One girl was new to the hair industry and she did a decent fade on another man it took her a little time but she did it right. And the fellow in the second station in on the left was decent. The fade I seen from the third girl on the left was decent also. I cannot say the most for station 1 on the left. Fade was off a bit and a little choppy toward the top. But not all are good at fades. Definitely a decent facility. Be sure to have a picture of what you want if you are not sure how to explain what you want or it's a dramatic change, cause it always helps the barber. Thanks for the cut.

Having just returned to GV after 6 months traveling, I took a chance on a walk-in to Great Clips because my regular hair stylist is on vacation, and I am going to a wedding. Irina made the best cut on my hair ever and she is a lovely person. She will now be my hairstylist going forward. I feel so fortunate to have found her. I love how she cut my unruly short hair.

I got a great haircut at Great Clips in Talk Town. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean. The temperature was perfect and I left feeling happy with my new haircut.

Great Clips Grass Valley Took Great Care Of My 2 Year Old Grandson, Who Is Scared To Have His Hair Cut.

Corinne really messed up my roommate's hair. It's choppy and uneven. She can't do a scissor cut and she's bad with clippers. She does not know how to do a Fade.

Got terrific service. Wanted my hair in a brand new style, and my stylist did a fantastic job. And because I checked in on line, I didn't have to wait.

Told the girl to leave 2” on top, she trimmed it down to an inch. Not only that but my sideburns were terribly lopsided, and MUCH shorter than I indicated. The longer sideburn was pointed, Star Trek style. When I got home I had to even them out, and now they’re over an inch shorter than I would ever want. I have a super obvious tan line from where my sideburns belong. I look ridiculous.

She was friendly and talkative, which is nice. But if she can’t focus on what she’s being paid for well enough to make even sideburns, maybe she needs to quit chattering and pay attention.

But Lisa spent like 3 minutes on the cut. And was done. $23.99 for a 3 minutes. Crazy.

People there are great. It just sucks you can't do a walk in anymore.you have to do the app.not sure why that irritates me.

Pleasant experience. Great price point. I've had 10 hair cuts and 8 out of 10 times it was a perfect cut - One time bangs were cut a bit unevenly and one time haircut length cut a bit unevenly. I highly recommend this business.

Highly don’t recommend! Asked for a slight beard trim and John shaved my entire beard off! He is very lazy very rude and as a customer that’s been going here for 3 years now, I will never go back!

Always happy with haircuts I get here! It's the only place I go now.

Book your spot online before arriving so you don't have too wait long. Staff is nice and do a great job. My haircuts are basic military style crew-cuts, but even then I have been disappointed by some barbers/stylists. No complaints at this location. Both times, they nailed it. They keep notes about your cut for future visits. $25 dollars with tip.

My mom came home, after getting a haircut from this place. Her haircut looked absolutely terrible. There was a 6inch (we measured it) piece in the back of her hair longer than the rest. She wanted layers without too much length off. My mom has super long hair and now it is just beyond her shoulders. She also mentioned that she didn’t want her bangs cut but the lady did it anyway. She just wanted her hair shaped as I had cut 4 inches off it a week ago, and she didn’t want anymore length but she did not get anything like what she wanted. Very disappointing. Would not recommend

If your considering getting your hair cut here I would reconsider. This is absolutely the worst great clips location around. All of the stylists have lost there passion for hair and take short cuts when providing services. This is the second time I have left here and gone to another salon to have my hair fixed. Save your $ and try a different location!
