Great Clips, Victorville CA

This is only about the app. I signed in and was waiting in the parking lot 17 minutes before the appointment. The app said you're up, I walked in, and my name was not on the list. I was put at the end of the list. Nothing about the service, but if your time is important, don't trust the app. They tried to say I may have put the wrong location, but I only have the one location saved on the app. There's nothing worse than seeing 10 people come in after you get service before you.

Checked in online, and they took back both of my kids within a couple of minutes upon arrival.

Kids like coming here as well as myself. I check in on their app which also gives me an estimate on how long I'll have to wait for my appointment. Usually in and out within 30 minutes. Been here 3 time and it's now my go to barbershop.

Very friendly and professional staff. I'm a regular customer and always well satisfied. I highly recommend this particular location.

This is my go to salon for my 9 year old son! No matter who we get assigned to, the ladies here always do an amazing job!

There are soooooooo baddddd they can not cut bangs for nothing I took a family member there and they did not do good on her hair they messed up her bangs baddddd it was a young girl that worked there kind of short ….

Very friendly staff, wait wasn't terrible, the stylist was so cool and very sweet to my almost 3 year old. Made us feel very comfortable and was very gentle with my child. Hope to have her cut our hair for future trips.

Nice staff.but I don't think my hair stylist had a license or certification for hair. If she did I would be really surprised. It was sort of a disaster. I ended up having to comb my own hair out there because she managed to matt all my hair up into one big knot. It was scarey. Granted I had a lot of hair. It was Alot longer than the average person and its thick and wavey (curly when shorter) naturally auburn hair. You probably need a hair license to know how to comb and cut my hair. Except if your me because I know how to handle my own hair. Anyways, it was a shir show but are was nice. She was shaking the while time. I felt bad. After getting the knot out and finally the cut it was completely lopsided and uneven. I told her and tried to fix it but unsuccessfully. I just wanted to go. I keep it up anyways since I have a baby. Like I said though she was nice and felt bad.

Ruth is the best i couldn't get her but Jessica did my hair this time and did very well

Wow this place makes the best brownies in town! Great selection of yogurt and a delicious elote corn cup with hot cheetos topping! They do keep there place clean and the bins clean and in working order. Some yogurt places don't. I do recommend this place and will come here again. They also offer puppy froyo cup.
