Love this place. I’m a regular T and Marabella style my hair flawlessly. So friendly. Great atmosphere. I go at least twice now a week It’s so refreshing to see smiles and professionalism together
I was in at the Rosedale shop out by Albertsons on March 6th, 2023. My hair was cut by Kaelinh. I have followed Kaelinh to whatever shop she has been moved to. I LOVE the way she cuts my hair. She does exactly as I ask. Many times when others cut it, it isn't at all as I asked. Just wanted to give props to this girl! Please keep her in one place so I can find her! Thank you Kaelinh for ALWAYS getting it right
They don't know how to Cut Kids hair. Before even try it they say "I can try but if they Move I cant". My kids did not move once and they looked worse than before. The lady's are usally friendly but that dosent help me if they suck at cutting hair. For myself as an female with long hair I'm also disappointed since they like to cut more than I asked for.
Great place to get a trim, fast and friendly and I never have to wait too long.
Due to the horrible customer service on the phone I will not be going here! They got some nerve to be so disrespectful!
Save your money and go somewhere else!
