My Grandson got his haircut for the first time. He is 3. The lady that cut his hair did an excellent job. When he would turn his head and she would just turn right with didn't mess up his hair. So definitely two thumbs up!

Quick to check in was a plus. However, felt overcharged for my simple haircut. I only got an inch trim off my hair and a little off my bangs. 5 min of cutting and it was $20 + $5 tip. I feel like it should have been a $10 haircut. I am not exaggerating on the time of my haircut.

I don't have a regular barber, some I like some I don't. Most of my hair management is seasonal and blue collar so it's nice that I can drop by when I really need one. They have my cut in the computer so that cuts down on the unnecessary chit chat.

Took my twin boys there. Told the woman specifically not to cut the top. Just to take off all the hair from the sides and back. I wanted the tops long. That we were having professional pictures done. She said okay, and then butchered their hair anyway. It was damn near a buzz cut. And then I had no choice to let her butcher the other twin so they matched.
We should have never went there. When we walked in the two stylists were sitting on their phones looking bored. They weren't remotely warm and friendly. We should have just turned around and left. I would not recommend them and I'm definitely never going back.

Don’t bother to go to the blonde I ask for a Bob and she just butchered my hair and did not style them or nothing and my hair looks just terrible I could done a better job just doing in my self. Be aware Don’t go to the Blonde …. She should not work in there.

Stylist got distracted and cut one side alot shorter than the other. I have to let it grow before fixing it because it's too short on mistake side. Looks like clippers accidentally took off but it was scissors. One side differs from other

You'd get a better cut from an epileptic dog groomer. They don't even try. The short chubby blonde w 8 lbs of makeup will just give you a choppy flat top no matter what you ask for. She doesn't even bother to clipper in the right direction.

I came in for a haircut and wanted to setup the app to be sure I could use it when needed, several people kept asking to let them set the appointment.
Finally after installing the app and setting an appointment the one lady comes to the counter and asks again if she can set the appointment because this isn't a rest stop. So I told her that I had already set it up, but I've changed my mind and left.
They are generally rude and I'm not interested in having them cut my hair I'll find a new place.

Always take my kids there, they are very caring with the little ones and they take their time and don't rush, My 4 year old loves going there.before and after

They save your preferences so matter which person you get they will know how you normally get your haircut.

Just because they are fast doesn't mean they lack in quality. I have gotten haircuts here that rival much more expensive and time consuming hair cuts I have gotten. If you want a quick and effective hair cut at a decent price, this is the place to go!

Only place I will go for a haircut. No matter who does it, always same quality.

I love everything about this place! They are quick, my kid’s hair looks better than when I cut it myself () and the BEST feature is the online check in. I can be doing errands and check in online and know if I should head right over to the salon, or pop in another store. They even text you when you have about “15 minutes” until your turn. Another unique feature of this place is they store the type of haircuts you got before. So if you liked it, or didn’t, you can tell them. It works across the platform so it doesn’t matter if I’m in Chico or Orovillle, they have the information there.

The Oroville location is the best! Some of the people from the Gridley one relocated over to here when Gridley closed down. They’ve been wiling to work with our son who has ASD for a few years now. They really are amazing, kind and we can’t take him anywhere else.
