Great Clips, Santee CA

I sent a text, walked in, sat down, had a pleasant conversation while she cut my hair. All within a 1/2 hour. Then my wife gave me a thumbs up when I got home.

Great salon. Lindsey was the lady who cut my hair and she really listened to what I asked for!

The person who cut my hair was absolutely fantastic. Great personality very kind and gentle. Did a great job on my hair.

The blonde stylist was incredibly rude. My son ended up getting a cut from someone else who did a great job. While waiting I had to listen to the blonde gal be rude to the man whose hair she was cutting. I felt sorry for him. Also rude isn't the word that we were using when we left the place but I'm just trying to keep it appropriate here.

Always receive a greeting when I go and love the service. Prices reasonable and love being able to check in online and know the wait time as I go. App let's you know when to head to the shop for your cut. Really like being able to go to my favorite stylist too.

I had a great experience at this salon. Carola did a brilliant job cutting my hair. She listened to my requests and I love my haircut! It was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend coming here.

Went in with quite the mop and out with a good looking head of hair. Good conversation with some laughs were had. Ya'll never disappoint. Thanks girls.

Horrible, they only cut my bangs and that's it. It is absolutely horrible I recommend going somewhere else, although the the workers were very kind.

Santee location. Carola did a good haircut, she just needs to be more gentle. I got a fade haircut, and it felt like i was getting hit with the clippers and comb. When she trimmed the back of my neck, she scraped my neck, its red from the clippers. And she kept hitting the back of my ear, its red too. Nice lady, but too rough on the head.

My first time here, walked in without an appointment. Was welcomed & set up for a haircut. There were 2 people giving hair cuts. I sat down & waited for a few short minutes. A lady entered from the back door & asked if I had been helped. She took me in straight away. Michelle was pleasant, fun & full of humor. I loved her energy & really love my hair. Great service, hair cut, & conversation so yes, I will be back!:)

Well after 14yrs it's time to find a new place. Made an online appointment and when I arrived I was told there wasn't an appointment. Then I was told it's to late and I would have to come back.well I'm not coming back. It's also hard coming to a place that changes hair stylist everytime I come in. Customer service isn't the same anymore.

I badly needed a haircut so I went to the santee Great Clips. I have always used Great Clips and their service is always very good. I just felt like reviewing today. Today the person who cut my hair was named Jessica. She was very polite just like all the other employees. They always go out of their way to be nice and polite which makes your day just a little bit better. Hard work isn't always valued but I value how hard Jessica worked today. Probably not my place to tell, but she deserves a raise. I've never had any problems there and I would always recommend them.

I think I got the same stylist some of the other customers got. Older lady cut my hair and now going to have to get it re-done somewhere else. I normally go to the Rancho San Diego site but couldn't make it. Big mistake! Lesson learned. If you get the older lady do yourself a favor and ask if you can wait for the next stylist.

Clean store, polite staff. Norma did a fabulous job on my haircut -as always. I appreciated the sale coupon emailed to me, too.

I’ve been going to this location for a couple of years now and while I won’t say who my favorite is, I’ll say she never does a bad job! Thanks for having me even though 11/12 times I come in with the worlds dirtiest jeans

I don't remember the gal's name but she did a terrific job cutting my hair short. I will go again if I can get a ride there. It was reasonably priced for my budget. I'm a senior so this really helps.
