Got a hair cut for myself ans my son it was done very poorly and with and rushed. She left it uneven on both of us she didnt try at all. Seems like she just wanted us out of tje chair.
There was a small wait but I checked online; by the time I made the drive there, I was up! Hair cut was quick and on point
Well! Set an appointment online and still had to wait in a full room with people waiting. Walkin and appointment 4 girls cutting hair. Total wait at store 40 min not including time waiting with online! 36 minutes. Total wait 115 no good
The online check in is very convenient. Customer service and hair cut is always fantastic, and with covid they really do try their best to keep everyone safe.

Horrible check in service. I walked in with 2 minutes into my checkin and my time restarted to 25 minutes with 8 people ahead of me. Never again am I going back
I went in last night after making a on line appt and hot to the store maybe waited 10 minutes but everyone working at tis place were so polite greeted me. And the best part I had Charlotte and shes the best. I recommend this Salon to everyone.
I had a haircut yesterday at Eastvale location in the hairdressers name is dagmar, It was horrible, She gave me like 10 It’s scratched my neck. It’s so painful, I took a picture sent to the owner and see what she’s gonna do with that
Came in they greeted me. I used the app before arriving which will hold your place in line. My barber was very courteous. Asked questions to help what I wanted. Left in a timely fashion.
Took my son for his monthly haircut. A new lady cut his hair this time and she did a great job. Actually this was the best haircut he has received there in a while. They all do good work but this cut was exceptional. Will continue and hope to find her again
The associates are courteous and efficient. Do go early because it does get busy on the weekends.
If you are not too picky, then this location never disappoints. They take care of our family of four, including our 4yr old. He loves going there. The online check-in is awesome.

Definitely the most reasonable prices around. They also send frequent coupons in the mail. Great hair cuts too!
