Wow! Where would you get a ladies haircut for 19$ in the bay area and that too for a good haircut? ! Well, I could find this place only and I loved the hairstyle too and Anh was kind to share some hair tips too.

Absolutely amazing haircut. Such a nice girl that works there. And I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

The service was quick and the haircut itself was great. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that the stylist really needed a new clipper.

The one she used to cut my hair was extremely loud to the point that my ear was ringing at the end of the haircut.

We’ve there a couple of times and it has been ok. But today they cut my sons haircut so bad, uneven, and not careful. They cut his neck. They didn’t give us the kids Tuesday discount. We just realized now because we were so concerned about his bad haircut at that time.

I like their new online checkin - puts you in the queue and also allows them to look up your preferences. Smooth

I value the customer service. When I give a tip of $1 for a $9 haircut, the response of the lady is very disturbing. It never attracts customers only with brand name but also by the way to treat them.

Gina always cuts my hair. She cuts it exactly the way i want it. If she doesn't think it would be a good way she tells you in a nice way. She is literally the BEST i have ever had. She always treats you like she really cares and she does.

Worst customer service ever!
Last night I went to get my baby niece’s haircut at great clips and I specifically chose this place since they say they cut kid’s hair. We didn’t checkin online so we anticipated a wait time. The lady who checked us in specified that we needed to checkin online and proceeded to her customers who already checked in online. We waited for over an hour watching her prioritize everyone who checked in online. At this point the baby who has been patiently waiting starts to get fussy so I asked if they will ever get to us, she yelled out “you didn’t check in online! ” I stormed out of there and wrote this review.great clips needs to educate their employees about numbered sequence.we came in person and checked in didn’t make a difference. By the time we left all other salons were closed. I can’t believe the lady who made the baby wait over an hour still has a job there. Hope this review gets through to her dim brain. “There you go.here’s your online check in! ”

She also cut my ear while she was at it. Never coming back. Hope this review helps other people save some time and pain.

This place is great, I really like my haircuts from hairdresser Kim, she always does a very nice job and is friendly and diligent in her work.

Sunnyvale location is very friendly and convenient. Check in online and the waiting is managed. Pat Fong does a great job.

I like it that you can check to see how busy they are first before heading over. Their system also keeps a history of your needs when it comes to a haircut.

Good, affordable haircut. Can be busy at times, and often i arrive with many online check-ins ahead of me. I recommend using their check in to save a few minutes.
