Communication, a great online portal for uploading documentation and trusted, professional relationships with lenders made this a quick and smooth experience. I worked with Omar and his team because my SO and I were buying a new construction from a builder that works with Great Western Home Loans.
Because of that relationship, Omar was able to fight for us on our closing costs with the builder when the close didn't go as smoothly as initially planned.
His team was always reasonably quick with their response times too, whether I just had a simple question through email or wanted a faster answer through a text or phone call.
The mortgage rate for the home we got pretty much matched the market rates so no complaints there either, and Omar worked through our requests to change the loan around based on what we wanted/didn't want to include in there.
Admittedly this is the first mortgage I've ever had so I don't have much to compare this company to, but I also don't have any complaints with my experience either.
