We booked a 3-room and a 2-room units for a family trip, and as soon as we opened the door with anticipation and entered, the room was filled with a pleasant smell, the carpet was dirty, and the screen door attached to the door to the veranda was broken. It doesn't feel like we're at a resort. It feels like we're in a cheap apartment in a slum. A place I wouldn't want to stay again

This is not really a Visitor Center. You walk into the building and are directed to a very small room with various flyers and brochures for local places and events. That's it. No info on the history of the area, no displays and the area, and no gift shop. It's a large building so we were disappointed to find that it's mostly offices. I gave two stars because the lady we chatted with was very nice.

What can I say it's Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley. Absolutely beautiful place to be beautiful scenery lots of things to do. Excellent restaurants and bars from Palm Springs to Coachella. The winter months are absolutely gorgeous the summer months can be brutal what temperature is hitting 125°. Plan your attire accordingly and enjoy the valley.

Warm welcoming residents who respect the snow birds and tourists who visit. A great place to live and work.
