Green Fashion Nursery, San Mateo CA

I was looking for a tree for my patio; they have an extensive selection and their employee Hunter is knowledgeable. I wandered the forest maze of trees and found a lovely olive. The employee wrapped it up and loaded it into our truck, making sure it would arrive back to SF safely, which it did.
Their prices are very fair, even better than online. I can’t wait to visit again!

This nursery definitely has potential. I really like their plant selection, but the quality isn't so great since they have so much stuff packed into a tiny space. Very few items have prices on them, which makes shopping difficult for those of us conscious of what we are spending. You literally need to walk around with an employee for them to tell you the price of things. Finding that employee might be tough, I had to ask a couple people if they worked there before I found someone who did. I decided to purchase a glazed pot, and then the cashier had to go through the whole measuring process again. Quite inefficient.
Doesn't seem like it would take much to make this a 5 star place.

Today I got a new plant, staff was very nice, but, after inspecting my plant, it has mealy bugs, I can only suspect other plants have them as well
