9They are always out of stock with items i needed. Large pots, Fox Farm soil etc. They were very rude last visit. I asked a question and in the middle of answering my question, the guy walked away to help someone else.said he would come back to help, never did. They dont seem to want to help the little guy. They only help the big dollar customers, very rude to the small time growers. They always give everyone else discounts, right in front of me, and then make me pay full retail price. I'll find my supplies elsewhere.
Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I order most of the stuff I need online but if I need to go to a retail location I'll only shop here. Best hydro-supplier in Chico!
I'm just a home grower, so I rely on the excellent, knowledgeable staff for everything I need. I'm always treated politely and people actually listen to my questions. I've never been disappointed with anything I've purchased, from lights to nutrients. Happy customer!
Way overpriced 20$ for a bottle of florlicious here never has maxsea in stock because of the owners deal with the company just alot of. Much happier so are the ladies that i found a diffent hydro store that actually stocks a+b bases. Good soil though

This store is great with an even better staff. I went in with basic knowledge and left with supplies at an affordable price and confidence. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and excited to help explain best practices and products. They don't steer you towards more expensive products but to what suits your needs
Super helpful employees they usually have what I want in stock if not they will order it for me. They always have the answers for all my questions
