Green Group Remodeling was an amazing beyond belief contracting company to work with for the remodel of a condo. The scope of our work ranged from demolition, upgrading plumbing & electrical lines, installation of new appliances, cabinets, flooring, bathroom fixtures, kitchen, baseboards, painting, and other personal touches. This team is incredibly visionary for how a space can look and is thorough in preparation for the project; before, during, and after to bring it to life. They helped with clean-up and restoration, as well as returning to help with any odds and ends that may have been overlooked in the beginning. Their pricing is competitive, but it's their delivery of quality service, dedication to the project timelines, talented employees, and personable touch made this a seemless experience. The attention to detail displayed in every aspect of the project, from the custom cabinets to the glass shower and recessed lighting, truly set them apart. The result is a kitchen and primary bathroom that are not only functional but also stunningly designed. Kitchen remodel, primary bathroom remodel, painting the entire interior of the house and adding recessed lighting to two rooms took about 6 weeks which is what we were told initially. We are incredibly satisfied with their work and would gladly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch remodeling services.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Sean with green group remodeling for a full remodeling project that included renovating my kitchen, two bathrooms, floors, paint, and master suite. I must say, the results were nothing short of outstanding.

We worked with Jacob as our general contractor for our kitchen remodel in 2021. So, my review is long after the work have been done and with a different perspective and having worked with a higher number of contractors. The kitchen was finished and all looked good at the time. However, I always had the feeling and now I can strongly confirm that some parts were done in a very sloppy and cheap way. These specific parts are the electrical work, flooring and the drywall work which in our case for the expected quality and price we paid it is a terrible and sloppy job. In summary, they charge you for every single material in addition to the cost and although things look good from a picture, the work that cannot be seen was done cutting corners.

Roy, our project manejar always had attention to the small details. My husband and me opened a group chat with him and the communication was spectacular fast responding and answered all out questions. Thank you for the amazing remodel for our house. I am looking forward to working with you again.

I had some major water damage which affected my 2nd floor master bath and downstairs living room. Both areas had to be ripped out entirely and reconstructed. Daniel was present for all aspects of the job and he and his crew handled the project from beginning to end with little to no disruption to our family. Now I have a new master bathroom and my living room is water-free. Thanks

We had two bathrooms remodeling projects with Tiko and Kim from Green Group Remodeling. They did an excellent job! Initially we only planned for one bathroom but ended up two bedrooms with reasonable price and flexible plans. We needed at least one bathroom on Friday nights for guests so couldn't do construction at the same time but they provided a flexible plan so it worked out well. They estimated 4-6weeks of time for one bathroom but they completed two projects in 4weeks (except shower door) with great outcomes. There was an issue with the shower door that we ordered at the last minute. But they figured out the solution so completed by following week. Tiko kept us in the loop with messages and calls. Kim was on site every single day to follow up with workers and suggested materials and products that saved my life. After we completed with final payment, we found minor issues next day. Tiko sent a worker right away and fixed them at the same day.
We still have many projects for our home in a near future. We will definitely go with Green Group Remodeling.

We had a thorough phone conversation discussing all of our expectations and booked time to visit the property, take measurements and plan out our project. We have spoken to a few contractors and feel undoubtedly confident with Sean and we feel he can l deliver us an outstanding finished product! Cannot recommend Sean with green group remodeling!

Our ADU was started by another contractor who couldn’t finish the project. There were corrections that needed to be addressed, and our time was now limited to complete the work. The permit was already issued, we were 6 months into the project and in contract with another company for a fire suppressant system.

We reached out to many contractors, most of whom did not return our calls. When we spoke with Green Group Remodeling, they scheduled a time to meet right away. The project managers (Adam and Tula) agreed to take on the project. They were determined to complete within the estimated time of four months, and navigated through the challenges of the previous contractors work as well as partnering with the fire suppressant company. Also, Olivia from Green Group Remodeling was very helpful in processing additional documentation through the city.

In summary, this was not a typical project for a company to take over. Green Group Remodeling was willing to accept this challenge and start the project immediately. Their attention to detail and quality of work improved the outcome of the ADU.

Thanks to Green Group and our project manager Ron Gabriel, my family are enjoying the beauty of new kitchen and bathrooms everyday. The remodeling included removal of bearing wall to connect the kitchen and family room as one space and this idea was suggested by Ron during the first meeting with him. I had some other idea originally but he did not simply follow mine and suggested this new idea after looking into the house carefully. And his idea made Green Group's proposal different from the other ones from other companies. We decided to go with him, and we observed that the idea was realized as we expected in the end.

Ron was also very responsible during the project. He listened to every new requirement and proposed solutions. Whenever we found issues and complains he fixed them with no delay. Most of all he provided the best people who met our needs. As we had some delays with permits from the city, we had very tight timeline to demolish the bearing wall and finish the kitchen work before big family gathering in the summer. It looked almost impossible when we finally got the permit but Ron found rightful resource on right time for somehow and they finished the job on time.

Honestly I would not say they are the most economic choice in terms of cost and money, however, I can tell they left no regret at all when the project was finished.

From the moment they came and gave me the estimate, till the minute they finished installing they were great. The installers and the communication was spot on. They are professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them to all.
