They took great care of my BF thru routine visits and accidents that happened (deep cut on back from running under my truck bumper), (removing fatty tumors that scared us about being cancerous) for 12 years until he passed at home. They were very empathetic and consoling as they took of his cremation and ashes wooden box. A sympathy card arrived in the mail.
An excellent Vet Clinic I will return with my next fur friend.

So, we had quite the scare with our darling Sasha. Beginning Tuesday she was refusing food and became severely lethargic. She spent 8.5 hours in a kennel at Redlands Emergency Pet Hospital without ever being seen by a vet. At 3: 30 am Thursday we were at the Grand Terrace Emergency Hospital and the doctor there diagnosed a spine problem, gave us Carprofen and sent us on our way. By 11: 00 am I was calling around to get her seen as she was going downhill in a hurry. Green Valley Veterinary Clinic got us in at 1: 00 pm (they are my new best friends) by 3: 30 Dr. Zielinski had taken X-rays and found her spleen was very enlarged. He gave her a shot of prednisone and a wide spectrum antibiotic. She’s slowly coming around and eating a little here and there. We’re going to follow up with the vet Monday and decide if her spleen needs to come out or not. Green Valley Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Zielinski are phenomenal and even though they were completely booked they made room for my girl.

Great staff doctors well never see them or talk to them will be nice when it is not curb side service only.

I am very pleased with the courteous and professional service at Green Valley. I brought my dog in with a bad infection on her paw from an ingrown nail and I could tell the staff was as concerned as I was. Jackie gave me updates, the vet, Dr. Scott, gave me a very thorough analysis of my dog's health and Bridget was great helping me with some financial concerns.

Dr Zielinski diagnosed my Cody with a disease he has probably had his whole life- was seen by several clinics as I moved around and never had prior doctors see it. They also took him on emergency when another that had been his was too busy to be bothered.

They were very helpful to me to allow me to bring my dog in as a walk in even though they were understaffed.

Took our little kitten to get her shots here. I was a little reluctant from the reviews but they seemed to be competent. Staff was friendly and i think everything went well. I will bring my little one back for the rest of her shots and spading.

Certainly not price gougers! Was very pleased and my dog didn't come out looking like he had been terrified

I have nothing but good to say about Green Valley Veterinarian Clinic. Over the years they have been fantastic.

Recently, our dog Penny became ill with severe vomiting. My husband and I were only able to drop her off due to Covid restrictions. We knew she would be in good hands. The staff was professional and seemed to really care about Penny.

Soon after dropping her off, the veterinarian called and let us know how sick Penny was. My husband and I had to make the hard decision to have her euthanized. The staff was so compassionate and gentle. They offered us to come and be with Penny during the process but because we were unable to, they reassured us that Penny would not be alone. Although we were heartbroken, that comforted us.

Today we received a card in the mail from Green Valley. It was signed with heartfelt condolences from the staff. It really touched us.

Thank you to the staff for all you have done. We will always remember your kindness.

Had a great experience 3 weeks ago with this hospital since they helped us with a kind of emergency we had with our little dog and no other vets wanted to take him in without the appointment etc, and they accepted, so that was awesome! And I’m thankful! What I don’t appreciate is that I wanted to take him back for a “progressive appointment” that they call it after seeing ur pet within a month of the appointment, and the Dr. Says that not only the price they told me it was going to be changed but also he can not see him as a “progressive appointment “ due to that our pet is not having the same symptoms for which we took him originally which is not very fair and professional to say without see him and after explaining to him that he adopted an unusual position for sleeping/lying down&seating after having that illness that he just had and concerns me because must he must have still some inflammation and because they suggested to us in first place to have that progressive appointment, that’s why I wanted to take him again to check on that and make sure that everything in his belly area it’s ok, but the answer I got was “He can be seen but as a new normal appointment ($48) instead of ($25) that they told me first, bcs what he has might not be related to the issue he had not long ago even though I explained to them that must be etc etc. My question is, how does he knows without see him? Anyways, I’m very disappointed because to me, that sounded like they just want to make as much $$$ as possible and they, just like every other vet. Places, care more about their business instead of the pets. Disappointing!

THIS VETRANARY CLINIC WAS PERFECTLY GR8, THEY WERE ABLE 2 TRIM MY 8 YR OLD DOGS NAILS FOR ME WITHOUT MEDICATING HIM AND I WILL B 4-EVER THNKFUL 2 ALL OF THE TECHS AT GREENVALLYAND ESPECIALLY 2 THE DOCTOR WHO TOOK GR8 CARE OF MY DOGS EARS. My name is Barbara Allen & Mushu was my pal. My dog had never had ANY health issues, was active, naturally stayed thin; she was alive and being a normal dog when she started passing out after activities. The Vet at Green Valley quickly diagnosed my dog with Congestive heart failure. This is where the problem happened. He made me feel that he was competent to treat it but he should have referred me to a Canine Cardiac Specialist. 3 days of his treatment plan & my dog died, suffering horribly the last 8 hrs unable to breathe. I tried desperately to get her into an ER but being 3AM on Easter Sunday morning & due to Covid restrictions EVERYTHING is over crowded (or closed) & we were repeatedly turned away. I feel NOW after searching the Net, that a Specialist would have had all the tools necessary to extend my dogs quality of life easily, because CHF is totally treatable. But Diagnostics are absolutely necessary. The symptoms she died from were Lasix overdose. I dont want any other Pet owner or pet, to have to endure what we did. Not only will the memories of her suffering haunt me the rest of my life, but also because my baby knew I was giving her the pills that killed her.

We have always had nothing but positive experiences at this Vet Hospital. After leaving the area for many years we came right back here without hesitation. The Dr.s have always been top notch, thorough, and skilled. We have had our dogs, cats, and bunny all treated here. We always feel our pets are in good hands.

Loved this vet office. I have tried several in the ca ok area with my new rescue dog. He is large guy who was never really treated well. He therefore doesn’t like very many people or new situations. Other vets have drugged him and charged me a fortune to basically not do much
This office was very understanding and loving. They right away made friends with him and seemed calm. The vet called me and explained everything very well. Gave me choices but medicinally and holistically. I was very impressed. When I picked my boy up he was calm and happy. Didn’t even have his muzzle on!
They then called back the next day to see how he was doing! I’m very impressed. Will be going back for sure!

At 8: 35 on Sat I called the receptionist that I arrived at the clinic as I made the appointment. After I waited 30 + minutes, my wife told the receptionists who were chatting. Minutes later one clerk came out to me, saying I need few information, and asked me name. I told her I made an appointment yesterday, and gave you all. She said her telephone was cut off during my call.
And later she said our computer was down.
Nonsense! Three people came up waiting before me. After they left their dogs, I wanted for more than 30 minutes. But she told me to make an appointment on Monday. I believe that she does not knows that there are many other Vet. Clinics, so I turned away from the receptionist and went to the welcoming pet owners nearby.

Easy drop off and pick up of our dog. The staff that helped us was friendly. Only issue is that after we got home they called to say that they had put in the wrong amount into their credit card terminal. They needed the credit card information again to charge the remaining balance.

Very rude staff, no patience or caring (heartless) no referrals given either. Would never take any of my animals to you! Horrible experience!

Almost every vet said they had same day appointments on there website but green valley vet was the only one that legitimately did and I had to have called 6-7 places. They took excellent care of my cat!
