I love living here this property is great and well kept. Candice is a great manager and on top of everything. Maintenance is awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Greenback Garden Apartments is a great property to consider when looking for a place to call home. Management is a phenomenal. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. Maintenance is very well taken care of. It’s conveniently located close to shopping. Off street covered parking is provided. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a home.

They have rats roaches termites the management is horrible. They’re racist. The rent is too high.i’ve had people break into my house multiple times. The maintenance man never helps.

I wouldn't apply for this complex unless you want your deposit stolen. My boyfriend and I applied I accepted we did not meet the criteria for the apartment. I did not expect them to steal the holding deposit. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back. New applicants be prepare to fight the charges to get your money back.
