Greenback Terrace Apartments, Citrus Heights CA

I cannot express in words how truly grateful I am that I contacted Greenback Terrace when looking for a new place to live! Cathryn is hands down the best apartment manager I have ever worked with! She made this entire process of applying, getting approved and move in inspection so easy and flawless! I stepped into my new apartment today and was overwhelmed with how absolutely gorgeous it is! I have all brand new appliances and everything! I know I am going to enjoy every single bit of my time here! Thanks again!

I having been living at Greenback Apartments for 4 years now.
I had never been to thrilled with apartment living but getting older and having a disabled daughter, owning a home was to much for me.
We are very comfortable living at Greenback Terrace. The apartments are very nice, lawns are kept up and our matiance man, Gerald always keeps the garbage and surrounding areas clean. I like it when I run into him, he asks if everything is ok, just taking that time to make sure all is well is rare.
The management (Catherine) has been amazing. I would think with a complex this large that she wouldnt remember us (considering she only sees me once every couple of months) but she always takes the time to ask how Crystal is doing and makes sure we are happy.
I would defenetly recommend Greenback Apartments to people that need to be centrally located.

My husband and i have been looking for apartments to move into and out of all the complexes we’ve been to this one was the nicest. It's thankfully in a gated community and has the cutest little playground area. The manager we spoke to was very helpful. She showed us the whole property and answered all of our questions. The apartment we toured was amazing! It's fully updated with stainless steel appliances (which i love), and just the feel of it was very homey. We're definitely going to apply here for a place to call our home! I would recommend anyone looking for a place to come here and check it out for yourself.
