Brought my brand new tires and rims, they mounted and balanced all of them. They gouged one of my rims (see picture) and I only noticed it when I got home but they were closed already and I couldn’t go back for a few days. Wheels were in the trunk of my car on the way home. Went back a few days later to try and talk to them, and one of the employees tried filling in the scratch with a paint sharpie and told me to come back when manager is there. Ended up installing the wheels, and while installing them, the weights fell off on the front right and rear left rim. Went to the shop again, manager was there, told me he couldn’t do anything for me but reinstall the weights and that he can’t do anything about the rims because I didn’t buy it from them. He also suggested that I just call the retailer I bought them from and tell them that they came scratched. No thanks Slimey business man. Don’t trust their work any more so I just asked atleast for a refund for the mounting and balancing of the wheels since the weights literally just fell off. He said he couldn’t do that because the guy who does payroll isn’t there and that they can’t refund work that has already been done. What work has been done? You failed at installing weights. He told me to leave my number and that he would call me back the next day, never called me. Now my brand new rims are scratched and the money I paid for balancing just went down the drain because I need to go get them balanced again. Not going to come here again, and will definitely tell everyone to not come here as well. Dishonest business with poor quality work.

Edit as of 8/15/2023: Company told me to reach out via email. Responded to them within 2 days, been over a week and no response.

I've been here twice and will be back again. They're honest with realistic time frames. It's a busy shop so one should expect it to take a little longer.
They have a nice waiting area and clean bathroom. There is plenty of food places near by and a 99 cent store across the street. Thanks Shawn your the best

Twice I have had reason to stop in to visit this place, both times being unexpectedly. They never charge me to fill up my tires and check my pressure and are always so polite. Both times that I visited here, my tires were super low with the changing of the seasons and I'm very appreciative of these guys because they are the only place with air. The gas station nearby never has the air pump working properly. Not to mention its one of the very last places before you hit the country territory. Definitely don't want to be with a flat out in the middle of The road Shoutout to Shawn, since be just helped me. Service with a smile!

Excellent service. Needed tires for camper on a Saturday morning. Tires in stock! Had us back on the road in a half hour. Very caring and attentive. And reasonable price. God bless them. This one of the best tires shop in Citrus Heights Shawn the manger very handsome

Great customer service and a wide assortment of new and used tires at great. The owner is an honest man and wouldn’t charge me to seat my tire on my wheelbarrow. I had to tuck a ten in his front pocket. He has set up 2 cars and a SUV with tires and today I’m taking my 4th car in to get a set of four tires and new lugs. Highly recommend, great big business tire shop!

They got me in very last minute and were so fast! The staff is very nice and helpful! I went in for one tire change but ended up having 2 done after they pointed out one was beginning to crack so I should get it changed when I could. They didn't push the extra service on me at all, just informed me of the concern. They gladly changed that one as well when I asked.
I was in and out within 20 minutes and wasn't overcharged.
This is now my goto tire place!

I brought a band new set of michelin tires from them. Got a way better deal from them than costco! Same day no wait! I also thought I needed an alignment and was willing to pay for one but the service tech advised me that I didn't need one and that my car was drifting because of the low thread on my tires. Thanks for the great service. Still enjoying my tires months later!

My ex-husband bought 4 used tires from this location on 04/13/2023 and he was very excited about the price for 4 tires including the mount and alignment. The next day one of the tires were completely flat and the day after that the passenger side had a nail inside the tire. I'm not sure what happened but be careful buying from this location. He said they had great service and he really liked the location but unfortunately passed away.

Told me 25 for the used tire. And 10 to break lug nut off. Then they changed it to 45 for tire and said that's what they said the whole time scandalous

I had two blown out tires from hitting a pot hole. I had my vehicle towed here and picked up my two spare tires from home to replace them. They removed my wheels and began to replace my tires with the spares I brought and they said they couldn't replace one of my spares because it had a plug in it for safety reasons. So instead they reinstalled my blown out tire back on my rim and then put it back on my car and expected to me to drive home on a blown out tire instead. That was in fact less safe than the other option.

Cheap price for decent tires but the inside was dirty and bland no water and I was annoyed when i asked to put my spare tire away and they refused

Today went there to get 4 new tires for my Honda and the price was prefect and very friendly they took awhile but understandable they were busy definitely be back thanks again
