They’re pricy, but you can’t argue with the quality and convenience. Easily the most reliable cleaner in the area, and even when they fail to meet a deadline (it happened once) they give you a full refund and apology (I wanted something rushed in under a week).

My mom passed away and I had a special dress for her to wear that needed cleaning. They were very busy but helped me and I am forever grateful. I will not forget their kindness, excellent service and beautiful job on a very special dress. Thank you.

I had shirts laundered at Greene’s. They did a fine job on the shirts, but their prices are too high anymore. $5.29 per shirt! I will be shopping around.

How on this planet dry cleaning 4 items cost 94.00 dollars? I did the drive thru. It took over a week and then they were closed twice when I came by, even on a Saturday afternoon.

When I presented the cashier with a 50% off promotion that was on their website, she did not honor it saying that she did not know anything about it. I was quite frustrated as I had brought in a lot of dry cleaning under the impression that I would receive 50% off on the items on the promotion - sweaters.
The dry cleaning was done fine and in a timely manner, but I was incredibly frustrated with the service that I received a pick.up. If you have a promotion posted with no end date, it should be honored or taken down.

My item was damaged while they were cleaning it.to their credit they tried to make it right.

My clothes are always delivered and picked up when they say they will. Their work has only been of the very highest quality. I will use no one else.

I have used Greenes for years - when I was with Inglenook Winery, as well as personally. They have always provided great cleaning services and are always responsive. Bryan, the Greene's driver, is just fabulous! He is always smiling - courteous, prompt, and exceeds expectations. We had had some porch thefts in the neighborhood, and he texted me prior to delivering, so that I would be aware. On another occasion, I had let them know that an item didn't arrive, and he texted me back promptly to let me know if was sent back, as it needed further cleaning. He then made a special trip to ensure I had it for the weekend! Plus he brings biscuits for my dogs who always bark at him:). Greene's rocks!

Initially I dropped off an item to have a zipper re done, as they couldn't find the replacement, they came up with another option which I appreciated, and when it didn't work the first time, they were quick in correcting the problem. Couldn't be happier!

Everything was fine. However I really was shocked at the price of putting 2 - 5 x 7 outdoor rugs put through the rug cleaning machine (on site). Each cost about $113. Next time I’ll just buy a new rug.

Greene’s Cleaners is great! I have only used them for dry cleaning and other garment cleaning so my experience is based solely on those services. They have a very quick turn around time, (specialty items may take longer but still done in a very reasonable time frame). The staff is always very friendly, professional, and make the experience easy from start to finish. Pricing is more than fair, especially for the quality of service they provide. I’ve brought them everyday items, formalwear, sequins-embellished items, specialty items - all varying in the type of cleaning required. They have handled it all and returned items back in pristine condition. Greene’s is my go to in Napa.

Greene’s was great! Clothes turned out well. They even communicated with me very quickly when there was an issue and resolved it with equal urgency.

I love Greene’s cleaners! Easy drop off and delivery and quality care to my items. They’ve done my husband’s dress shirts, my vintage items, dresses and cashmere and even our down filled cushions and pillows perfectly. They’re our go-to! Their system for documenting and keeping track of the items is excellent. Highly recommend!
