I love Greenhaven dental, I have new dentist who did a complete review with of my dental situation me and explained everything to me in detail. I like this dental practice. The atmosphere in the office is relaxed, friendly, and welcoming. There's a new dentist, Dr. Chao, who seems great. The technician who cleans my teeth is excellent; I can't say enough good things about her. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been going here for years now and Friday I had a tooth pulled. Dr William Chao was ever so gentle and provided a great dental experience. The staff is always pleasant and smiling.

I highly recommend Greenhaven Dental Care due to the family environment, highly skilled dentist and hygienists, affordable/reasonable cost, and overall cleanliness with up-to-date technology.
Location: The location is safe and clean with plenty of parking When you enter the office, you are immediately greeted with the necessary information collected. I waited at most 5 minutes before being called back for my appointment. The music they place is also relaxing and upbeat as well. I found myself humming to the music while waiting and also enjoying it when I was getting my teeth done. The space where you sit is nice and clean.
Environment: Family friendly! The front desk, hygienists, and dentist were all kind to me and made me feel safe in their hands.
Skills: What I love most is how skilled the dentist and hygienist were when examining and caring for my teeth. The dentist told me exactly what I needed (even though it wasn’t the best news) and only recommended what I needed and didn't try to get me to do things I didn't need. When performing the fillings, you can tell how skilled the dentist and hygienist were by completing 6 of my teeth in about 45 minutes to an hour. They worked well with each other and constantly checked in to see if I was okay or if there was any pain and told me to raise my hand when I needed a break to relax/close my jaw. I didn't know how much I was missing out from my previous dentist until now. For instance, my previous dentist didn't catch the cavities I had (when I could clearly see them (even though small) but this dentist instantly caught them and remedied the situation. There was zero pain for me and I am still fine after.
Cost- I do have insurance and it was reasonable. I know someone else who used up all of their insurance. What I love is they have this special deal, I believe $99 which saved a ton of money for them. I am not going to disclose how much it costs for extractions from this place. But let's just say my aunty paid 4 times as much at another location compared to what my other relative was charged at Greenhaven Dental Care. They also offer a payment plan and they help enroll/apply you for it. Bottom line, going to any dentist can be costly if you do not have insurance but it amazing when they tried to help my relative get the costs down and their procedures were comparable and also more affordable than other places I've researched.
Technology-I guess my previous dentist was behind in regards to technology. Greenhaven Dental Care has a t.v. Where you sit for the procedures, they also provide you with these special glasses (Sunglasses) so the light doesn't hurt your eyes/protect you when the operate on your teeth. Of course, they provide you with a goody bag and tips on how to clean your teeth appropriately. Lastly, the way they take X-rays are digital and not with the standard hard/disposable film which I constantly gagged on. What they used, for me, worked and I didn't gag at all.
Family environment: They are patient with you, kind, and get straight to the point with what needs to be done and don't try to add extra. My previous dentist at a different location was in the field for 30+ years but was behind in the technology. Would you go to someone who has multiple years of experience but doesn't use what is relevant/up-to-date technology or go to someone who has exceptional skills and was taught with the current technology? Obviously the later worked for me. Thank you Greenhaven Dental Care, I look forward to my next visit.

My dentist is the best. I had a root canal it was the least painful experience. I would recommend Dr. Tanase to everyone. He is kind, informative and gentle.
