Greenleaf Rent A Car

I was recommended here by a local dealership for a car rental. This was my first time ever renting a car and the experience was very smooth and stress free. I spoke with Kayla on the phone, in person and also at drop off. Her customer service is definitely on point, she was a pleasure to work with! There was also a gentleman who picked me up initially from the dealership and he was great too! I highly recommend checking out Greenleaf if you’re in need of a rental car!

I’m giving this outfit 5 stars for a few reasons but first I’ll share my experience. I rented a small suv a Chevy Trailblazer, it was close to new so no complaints in the car at all it got 40mpg and had all features to be hands free safe and in a nice little set of wheels. I had been in an accident and while the insurance companies sort the mess out they suggested a rental. Well I avoid credit cards and if you’ve ever tried the major car rental agencies they require one 90% of the time. Still they will do one of a few things, take a deposit, place a hold, pre authorize all charges or possibly not allow a debit card at all. Now while I’ll keep the details to myself I’ll share this, I thank Greenleaf in Temecula and Nicole for her attention to detail and the company for their compassion. In a world where we’re all just trying to support our families, make ends meet, and live; it’s small companies like this that still exist and help the small guy like me keep my job. Thank you GL! CROOKS, CROOKS, CROOK! AVOID AT ALL COST.
Absolutely the worst rental place on earth! I was suppose to get a FREE rental for dropping off my car for service at the dealer. They charged me $350 for the FREE rental a year ago. I tried giving them a second chance. Now they tell me I have an $150 outstanding balance! It was a one day FREE rental. When does the free part kick in?

Helpful staff and great selection of vehicles. At times less expensive than other car rental places.

These people are great Shane helped me through a tuff time. I reserved a car at avis in hemet ca and when I went to pick it up, no cars were available for pick up. So I had a friend Carl looking for a rental. He found this place, Greenleaf rent a car in temecula. They were able to get me a car that same day. And off I went to take my husband to a very important appointment at the VA in loma linda ca. Thank you for all your help. Everybody at Greenleaf is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend then to anybody.

Needed rental at a dealership they brought a dirty smoked smelled car. The woman who brought it was shocked I wouldn't take it. Never rented before from them, never will, nor recommend anyone to do so. There is no way this company is 4.2 rating. Look at their reviews in the last year. Post covid service.

My fiance and I rented a vehicle on thursday because 1 of our cars were down. They didnt inform us that they were closed on saturdays, so we were basically charged for the whole weekend on friday without even knowing it. I called and spoke to the sales clerk and she said I could have googled to see when the hours of operation are (which i felt was kind of rude and unprofessional) I've rented cars from alot off places and usually they let u know the weekend policy before u actually rent the car. I will never rent from them ever again. We ended up paying twice as much than if we would have if we would have been informed prior to renting from them.never again

Couldn't be happier it helps the girls who work there are nice looking and chill highly recommend renting with them.

I had a wonderful experience with Lydia, the manager at that location in Temecula, and also with staff member Kaitlin, who gave me a ride back to my car repair place after l had returned the 2022 Toyota Corolla Greenleaf rental car after own car was ready to pick up after being repaired!
