​I'll just make this quick and short order my order last night go in this morning they cannot find my order till they didn't start my order and they wouldn't plan on selling me my order for the price that I was able to get it for online so then they try to sell me the same product for $24 more and said that he didn't have what I had but you just try to tell me the product for $24 more I walked seven blocks in the rain my confirmation order number is still in my phone I have no bud I was forced to go to a whole another dispensary 4 miles away

This place sells sugar leaf pretending it is medical marijuana. It is not. Terrible service even worse product

Went there yesterday got helped by a respectful young man. I usually get shy because with so many choices it can be overwhelming but he was patient and knowledgeable. Will be back no doubt.

Here to pick up an online order, it is slightly after 12pm, and what I assume is the door, is locked in multiple ways? It’s really not clear if that is the door but there also doesn’t really look like there is any other way to enter. Displeased due to the drive here. I already drove from Pittsburgh to spend the summer, so this 1.5hr round trip out of my day for nothing is just incredibly annoying.
Also, you cannot actually call them. It just goes straight to a VM that isn’t set up. Not that I would leave a message, but the service on this is lacking.
*I will not return to try again due to driving from Simi Valley and being met with the experience I had.

The staff is professional/ helpful and friendly. They have a wide variety of products that are high quality.
They also carry pet friendly good’s which was a plus for me. I definitely recommend this location.

Disappointed customer service. Really bad products and they don’t have tested. They sold me fake plug and play cartridges that were not even legit. This shop doesn’t even have the inventory they say they have and they don’t give change back. There were 2 times where I never got my change.

I've been served over 5 times curbside without a mask until the manager (supposed manager) refuses to serve me outdoors without a mask (which isn't even the Los Angeles county policy right now). She could have even opted to serve me from the empty passenger side of my car. Instead of simply saying I won't serve you without a mask, she opts for trying to lecture me. Ha! That's a-OK I will definitely go spend all my monies elsewhere lol. Very rare that you see budtenders with better customer service than their managers (because they usually value your business).
