I was so impressed with the "excellent" service that I received from Alex, the repair technician. He spent "all day" installing my water heater to make sure that the job was complete. He cleaned the surrounding area and the new water heater looks BEAUTIFUL! Thank you, Alex, for your GREAT work. I truly appreciated your dedication to doing such a fantastic job!

Ray was on time. He assessed the situation and explained the solution. The price was reasonable but more over, we did not feel ripped off which is always a fear when calling a service to fix something in your house that you know very little about. Thank you for your help and great service!

Christian is very professional! Very helpful knowledgeable guy! He repaired our bathtub faucet. He gave me tips on how to maintain and what to do next. He told me easy stuff that i can do and replace to save money. He will look out for you. Will surely hire him again next time! Thank you Christian!

My gas water heater went wrong and called green star for help through Lowe’s referral. Mechanics Christian helped me check the device and provided 2 options to fix the problem. With his help, the water heater back to normal within 20 minutes. And the service fee is pretty fair. Before, some other plumber told me I need to buy a new water heater and replace the broken one, but genius Christian fixed it. He saved my time and money!

I left a message and a young lady called me back and I don't remember how it started but she was acting ignorant and rude and immediately said to me, do you still want us to come out, in an annoyed tone. Never got around to telling her that I even had an issue. And I say what do you mean do I still want you to come out I was calling to ask questions and to find out other information she was just so rude customer service is bad.tone of voice was condescending

I have used Rescue Rooter for two separate services. The first, I had my water heater go out and was in need of hot water. Rescue Rooter responded quickly, quoted me for a new water heater, and installed it all within a day. The service was phenomenal! They were very informative, we’re not pushy, and answered all of my questions. The installers (which I don’t remember their names) went over and beyond and retrofitted my water heater closet so that I wouldn’t have any issues in the future.

With how well the service was for my water heater install, I decided to reach out to Rescue Rooter to install my new washer and dryer. Daniel was the technician who responded. I told him where I wanted the install and he took the time to check if it was possible and also gave me options for other places to install the products. Daniel was quick, efficient, and professional throughout the entire install. At the end of the service, he left me with his business card and told me to reach out to him if I had any further issues, questions, or future plumbing needs.

Approximately three months later I noticed my water piping was backing up while I washed clothes. At first I had thought it was due to the install. I reached out to Daniel who immediately said he would respond as quickly as he could. He showed up right on time, checked the pipes, and found that the issue was from backed up pipes (nothing to do with his install). Within 30 minutes, Daniel cleared the back up, and was finished with the service.

Overall I have been extremely impressed and pleased with the service by Rescue Rooter, but more importantly impressed with Daniel’s service. I would highly recommend Daniel (and Rescue Rooter) to anyone who wants quality service, fair pricing, and honest work.

I called two companies. ARS/Rescue Rooter is bigger than the other place I called, as such they have an operator to answer the phone 24/7. They were the first to respond to my emergency water line leak that caused my water meter to spin as I was losing 3 gallons per minute from this pipe leak. Since ARS-Rescue Rooter was the first to respond to my phone calls, they offered to have a repair plumber out the next morning. I the repair took 85 minutes from arrival to the completion of the repair. The second company called right after ARS/Rescue Rooter detected the leak. I described in detail the leaky pipe to the second company who I had on the telephone. Seems ARS/Rescue Rooter charged me 3x what the second service company said it would cost them to repair it.
Also NOTE: when ARS / Rescue rooter arrived the service man said the price to dig a hole and find the leak and repair it would be $750. But it would be better if I took out the completed pipe from the water meter to the house about 38 feet of cooper pipe for $5,000, (yes $5K). What? Anyway if you would like to get ripped off and pay

They were extremely amazing and accommodating. I actually had my service scheduled with another company that turn into a nightmare. Last min I contacted them they came out the very next day and was able to do exactly what I requested (that the other company said was impossible). I am happy they helped bring my vision to life and Daniel their service technician was phenomenal. His service and ability was the highlight of the experience. Trust them with your plumbing and tankless water heater you will be happy. Pay for the quality

They replaced our tankless water heater with a new tankless.
Daniel Hernandez was our specialist working on tankless water heaters.
He knew the product and how to install the heater.
He was also very polite, very hard worker (knew exactly what had to be done in a timely way). He was the BEST!
We were extremely satisfied with the job.

Reroute exterior gas line and exterior water lines through the wall, cleaning up the exterior look of my home. Daniel was super professional, replied to my inquiries promptly, and explained everything. Excellent craftsmanship

I would like to compliment Mr. Daniel Hernandez on the excellent job he did to fix the leak in my tankless water heater. He is THE EXPERT for tankless water heaters! He diagnosed the problem quickly, we had to wait a few days for the part to come in, and he actually picked the part up early this morning and fixed the problem. Mr. Hernandez is professional, courteous, knows and performs his job expertly. He is exceptional! Thank you Daniel, I appreciate you.

While Greenstar was doing routine maintenance on our A/C and heater, they damaged a portion of our attic walk up. They apologized immediately and said they would send someone out to fix it. It’s nearing 2 weeks since that happened. It’s difficult for me to trust this company with a bigger job when they lack follow through. I’ve called 4 times, scheduled two appointments and their technicians cancelled the day of after the appointments passed. With my current experience, I would not recommend this company to do anything.

An edited response to the owner: I’ve tried to called 2 times last week and I did not get a call back. I tried to call the number listed below to reach Mark and I couldn’t get through then either. I’m beginning to think this company is giving me the run around.

Ray was very professional and a good guy. I really enjoyed speaking with him and how quickly he was able to fix the drain. Hope I don't need to have this
service done again but if I do ARS will be the first I call.

The company sent out Daniel Hernandez who was very quick to help with detecting the issue with our water heater. He was very professional and caring in helping with the stressful situation and resolving it. I would highly recommend Daniel for others and would also use his services in the future.

I give it two stars for the price. $800 cash for a tankless water heater is a great price. That’s for the install too. Rheem Performance Platinum has worked ok but my plumber friend looked at it and said it’s done all wrong. I asked him because of the leaking. *see in photos. Randy Lewis worked hard on it but I don’t think it is up to the standards of your company.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. We paid over 10k for 2 AC splitters and they are already leaking. Its been a month since we contacted them to come and fixed them and until now we are still waiting. Their answering service is great but the responsiveness from the company is terrible! I am still trying to speak to a supervisor to discuss my issue and there is no way you can complain or speak to someone else besides the reception. Also, the technicians have no clue of appointments or what their schedule looks like.

Christian and Daniel were extremely helpful, they came out and solved my slab leak issue with such ease and have me back up and running in no time, Donald Hatcher these 2 are by far your best assets to your company they should definitely get a raise.
