Dr Lekovic is phycological lier not only he misdiagnosed my aunt also destroyed her life after 3 brain skull surgeries. He will tell you something and next time he will change his words and you will face consequences. I wish i can rewind time unfortunately we cant and shes gone now. I hope Dr Lekovic can learn from his mistakes and not touch something he cannot fix for the big payday. My advice stay away or get a 2nd opinion before you proceed with this dr.

After three brain surgeries with Dr. Lekovic I cannot say enough about this Drs incredibility. If surgeries are needed, he definitely is reliable and worthy of your trust.

Can't say much about this surgeon except he misdiagnosed and sent me on a wild goose chase of genetic specialists and an endocrine doctor that was great but of little help. It was such a waste of time that I struck out on my own and found a wonderful surgeon, Dr. Manish Aghi at UCSF, who successfully removed an adenoma from the right side of my pituitary gland. To be fair to Dr. Lekovic, every Loa Angeles doctor except the Neuro radiologist of the first MRI I had, an MRI that really was not very good quality, misdiagnosed my condition. I knew they were misdiagnosing because I'd had past experience with this type of tumor on a different gland and there are some key similarities in how my body reacts to them, so I sought out a neurosurgeon of more experience with them and I was really fortunate to have the expertise of Dr. Aghi.

Dr. Lekovic's front desk staff took 10 days to present my last email to him. Poor admin always makes me nervous and it is a waste of everyone's time. The other worry was he said Pituitary adenomas do not cause headaches. The NP of the doctor he recommended, Dr. Ian McCutcheon, said the same thing. However, do your research about Pituitary adenomas as their peers beg to differ. You'll see symptoms on many peer websites indicate that they do. I think you just have to learn to evaluate the doctor who is evaluating you. It is a better idea to seek care with a Pituitary Center for Excellence if you suspect a pituitary issue.

Managed to almost kill me not once but twice! I had a stroke after surgery, then the VP shunt he put in got infected and caused meningitis. I can't even tell him that I've spent the last few weeks in the hospital because I never heard from him again after surgery. Literally - never. No follow up. No check ins. It has been almost a year. Their office even had me get an MRI to see if my tumor is back but have I heard anything about the result? Nope. I wanted to believe in this guy but the only thing he left me with is a damaged facial nerve for the rest of my life.

This Doctor is the best doctor i had ever seen in my live without manipulating medical jargon. I can now think clearly since i had my surgery back in March of 2015. Thanks Doc.
