Went to this office on October 31,2023. I was told I would get a call when my trial contacts are in. Over two weeks later with no call. I called them and was told that someone would call me that day. No empathy, no care, no accountability, and no call back
It is now November 30th. Still no call. This office lacks customer service.

Update. Had to call this office again because NO ONE has followed up. The people who answer the phones and talk to patients need major customer service training. There is no care, empathy, accountability, or concern for the shortcomings happening at this office. As a patient, it is VERY DISAPPOINTING to be treated like this. Every interaction with them has been HORRIBLE. I called again and was uncaringly informed that my contacts weren't in, no care that its been over a month, concern or reference for when they will arrive. When I asked why this was taking so long and what could be done because it has been over a month, robin said "what's your phone number, a manager can call you. "

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AT THIS OFFICE.

They handed me someone else's prescription. I didn't know until I was buying glasses and the sales person caught the error. They've made it extremely difficult to get a replacement. Laughable service.

I'm 71 years old and this is the first time I have felt the need to complain. Worst medical experience ever. Called me half an hour before i was to leave for appt to reschedule 2 hrs later. When I got there later people were complaining about waiting over 3 hours. Quickest eye exam I have ever had. I am not happy with my glasses and have spent $$ buying multiple pairs. Should have waited because I am going elsewhere for a second opinion. Staff was nice and personable. They also got my bifocals wrong.

I went here after a referral and Dr grieder daughter didn't do her job. She left me in the dark and extreme stressed by not explaining my eye problem. During exam she was talking bout her daughter more than my eye. Wouldn't recommend this office

Dr.was rude and could have cared less about the eye pain I was experiencing. Wasted $150 for her to look at my eye and tell me to continue using over the counter drops. There’s got to be better doctors out there who try harder to find a solution. WebMD was more beneficial.

Literally the worst place ever for eye services! They won’t even notify you that your contacts will arrive late. You will literally be out of contacts for a month. Had to order them from somewhere else. The doctor got my prescription all wrong for my glasses. Had to come back to do another eye exam for them to get it correct. I continue to get a bill even though I paid for everything my last visit. Supervisor Violet is no help at all and is argumentative. Will never come back here again. It is like a factory and a waste of time to come here because no one can do their job correctly.

NORTH COAST SURGERY CENTER
This is review of Dr Chen surgical doctor, and her team. Due to a prior botched surgery, I was extremely worried at having any surgery on my eye. When entering the surgical unit, I was treated extremely well and made comfortable. The complete surgical procedure was completed in less than thirty minutes. This included removal of a cataract and insertion of a new lens. I cannot recommend more strongly Dr Chen and her surgical unit. They not only were extremely knowledgeable but exhibited both patients and sensitivity to my needs and concerns. Thanks Dr Chen and all of the individuals on your team.

Front office saved the day, but I had a horrible experience. Arrived 8 min late, but check in took forever. Super rushed during apptmt - the doctor wanted me to come back another to get my eyes dilated. He didn’t have my file or care to know my history. He also wanted me to come back b/c they didn’t have the right trial contact lens. The front office person actually found the contact lens and the doctor finally allowed me to do what I had paid for - the annual exam. Not sure if I will go back to Greider.feel like it’s a factory with not much personalization.

Amazing experience with Dr. Greider. He recommended the right replacement lenses for my cataracts and the process was smooth, easy, and fast! Dr. Greider has a calm demeanor and guides you through the process using the latest technology and procedures. I researched many doctors before deciding and it was the best decision I have ever made. NO pain or discomfort and I now have perfect vision on both eyes with crystal clear vision! Life changing to say the least!
