Bus Company Greyhound reviews
7It was great having outlets to charge, wifi to use (piss poor quality). I m putting 3 stars only because the lack of signage assuring your in the right spot. GPS had me on the other side of the block along with others. I could only imagine how many people left behind or buses held up. I think if they had signs. Instead of that wait here away from the other buses. I do recommend downloading the app so it ll let you see how far the buses are away from you
They sold tickets and no drivers, also some employees in the grayhound station are so rude, if they are short in bus drivers why they sell tickets in LA. I arrived 4 hours late to Oakland and they told me that I need to wait another 4 hours to get to Santa Rosa CA.
Not great. They sent me all tge way to la from santa Rosa then to Seattle. Kinda didnt feel like the buses were very coordinated
If I could give a zero I would. This company is garbage. They sold tickets and never came. The bus stop they told us to go to was permanently closed. The employee on the phone was clueless. Never waste your time with Greyhound!
I would rate my trip with grey hound a 5 star. I give it a 5 star for the fact that I wasn't disturbed at any time from Las Vegas Nevada to santa Rosa California. I was able to sleep the whole way. I rated a 10 also for the fact that I was traveling 15 on the bus alone. Arriving at my destination at such a early time of the morning. Thanks grey hound for making my trip a safe trip.
Very sketchy place to be at night with all the homeless, and of course the bus I catch leaves after midnight. Multiple incidents of having to listen to someone scream and rant for no apparent reason, I've even had water thrown on my from an enraged homeless person. The day isn't too bad, but if your making a night trip be prepared.
