Actually used the Redding Transit buses and find RABA is doing an excellent job on their buses and stops during this difficult time

Located in indio. Small area. Look for a single wide mobile home because that's their office and waiting area for buses.

Very unacceptable! Trying to get updates about the bus but there are no updates within the app and the customer service line is useless since they don’t even know any information either on where the bus is located since the stations aren’t picking up the phones. Every station number I tried calling goes directly back to the same customer service line so it’s not even really the station number. This is the worst experience ever waiting at a bus station all night long with no time update or if the bus is even coming at all. Don’t want to leave in case the bus magically shows up and then be told well you missed it because you weren’t there. Greyhound is the worst bus experience I’ve ever had with the most useless services and not even correct updates. What’s the point of having a bus tracker when it does not even track the bus? Spend your money elsewhere not with the Greyhound. It will save you a lot of time and trouble.

Greyhound is crowded. And alot of rude drivers compared to friendly ones. Alot of hassle with rude people.

The best way to travel green for the environmentally conscious. The drivers are top notch professionals that understand that keeping you safe keeps them safe also. Phone chargers at every seat and great prices make Greyhound bus travel the best way to get to any destination.

I don't know how the station was but the driver was very nice and made sure he didn't leave anyone behind at every stop.

I will never ride Greyhound again. DO NOT USE THE SACRAMENTO center if you choose out of desperation to ride with Greyhound. When you enter the station, they make you open all your bags and they rummage through them in front of everyone, with no consideration of privacy. Many homeless hang around there, asking for any hand outs. The security is a joke, never did they come outside to check the on travelers that are being harassed by the panhandlers. I was so angry to have my belongings gone through in front of everyone, what if I had items that someone wanted? It exposes people's property and makes people targets for robbery or even physical harm. All other Greyhound locations (Redding, Santa Rosa, Eureka) NEVER went through my bags. The Sacramento security and staff said, "it's for my own safety and protection. " They asked if I had weapons and the security kept asking if I had knives? WTH? I had just come in from Cleveland by airplane to the Sac (SMO) airport, do they think I'd make it through security with weapons? ! Like I said, NO other location checks luggage, if others don't expose my privacy, why is Sacramento Greyhound?

Horrible experience, rude staff and rude drivers. The Redding driver was late 40 mins in showing up to do her job, then we didn't pull out until an hour past departure. People missed some connecting buses to there other destinations, which forces them to wait for the next bus (and that could mean the next, then having to sleep at that location of connection). A couple that was traveling down to a Chico, who waited for the driver to come do her job, she left them behind bc she said, "I'm not waiting for you to claim your over luggage items. " WTH? WE WAITED 40 MINUTES for you to come do your JOB but you can't wait for them? As she was backing out the bus, the couple had claimed the items and they were waiving at her but she put the bus in drive and left them behind. I hope Karma kicks her A** for that, how horrible. Never again, I swear to that and I suggest you find another company to use, other than Greyhound.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible experience everytime. They’re always either late or canceled, or their drivers are rude. You’re lucky if you’re bus doesn’t smell. They are UNRELIABLE AND DONT GIVE REFUNDS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Absolutely terrible. Between the bus arriving 3 hours late and the rude employees it was an all around horrible experience. Making people wait hours in the summer heat and not caring at all, what a ridiculously sub par way to run a business. Will never ride again. 0/5 stars.

I've been on this bus since Portland Oregon. The bus stops in Redding for a change over driver at 11: 00 pm scheduled to leave at 11: 30 pm. About 11: 45 a security guard comes in the bus and says "JUST WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THE DRIVER ISN'T HERE YET. THEY ARE UBERING THEIR WAY HERE NOW. Its past 1230am NO BUS DRIVER. ITS HOT IN THE BUS. NO LIGHTS FOR THE BUS, NO FLUSHING THE TOILET. HORRIBLE VERY HORRIBLE SITUATION. I now have to CANCEL MY PICK UP TIME WHICH IS NO LONGER 5AM.

Hate describes this station. Got left off early evening accidentally. Town was full up, short security guard insisted I move on. Motels full, no place to go. Short guard calls police and is told to cool it. Relentlessly push to move on. Waiting for next Bus. Move on. Granted there were not any homeless around, this short guard
Insisted. Little man is insecure and needs to bolster his standing on “job well done”

The ride was good and they now have seat belts if you want to use them. They also have WiFi as well as places to charge your phone in front of your seat

Unfortunately all my experiences with Greyhound have been absolutely dreadful, by the time I get off one of your unaccomamadating buses I feel depressed.

This is the only ground travel that offer stops from city to city with no competition from any other bus companies, so why not give back to the people who ride these buses that keep you in business? You have the worst delays, most uncomfortable rides and the tickets prices are expensive.
Drivers just leave us at a bus stop in the middle of no where when their shift is over. Had to wait for another driver for almost 2 hours and he came in early to start his shift. I don't get it? The drivers and customers are miserable. How can you continue to operate in these conditions.
Greyhounds claim to fame "we have wifi" is a joke! Can't even watch Netflix!

Maybe Greyhound can offer some sort of emergency tickets to your customers who need to get home to family or women escaping domestic violence or single mothers with children. Speaking from personal experience, I myself was leaving an unhealthy relationship and my family wanted me out of that terrible situation but the price to leave Texas to Seattle was damn near $700.00 that we couldn't afford. I had to sleep in a shelter until we could afford the $340 4 days later.

No it's not your problem, I get it. But maybe updating your buses to accommodate a more comfortable ride, people spend days even a week on Greyhound. A stretch for a child to lay down next to their mother.offer a pillow or blanket to those in need.simple things a more sanitary bathroom.

Anyway, I really hope this reaches a Greyhound associate that has the power to make some decent changes. Most people that ride your buses are already living a difficult life, Why does riding the Greyhound have to make it worse?

Had to get a ride the rest of the way when my ticket was supposed to be all the way to lodi, CA from Seattle. But Greyhound had to stop for maintenance for over 2 hours so that's everyone else's problem I guess. Nevermind the 100s more some of us had to pay to reach out destinations on time & on our own dime twice!

Raba shares terminal with Greyhound, meaning it's outside. Homeless linger around but it'll get you to where you need to go. Just don't show up too early.
