7Never again will I ride a grey hound bus. Do not ride alone. They put you out in the middle of the night with no one in the terminals
It's not that the station was bad. It was clean, the buses didn't take long in loading and unloading passengers.the problem was the staff in the station. The girl working the check in and baggage counter was rude and unprofessional in how she interacted with the passengers. At the desk she was angry, short tempered, condescending, and mostly unhelpful. She was trying to get passengers who were loading onto separate busses to line up and she was extremely impolite and pushy and did very very little to answer questions or concerns. I wish I had gotten her name, but she wasn't wearing any name tag and she was so impatient and pushy I couldn't even think to ask her for it. She had curly hair that I think was dyed a reddish pink at the ends. The company should think about who they are putting out to help tired and anxious passengers, especially the ones coming in late at night, a bit more. This lady definitely left a bad taste in my mouth towards the greyhound company and makes it hard to want to use their services again.
I wish I knew there was two locations out here in Stockton for the greyhound. I was supposed Saturday November 12th at 11: 10pm, clearly didn't make it in time. When I booked my ticket it never showed the right destination. Instead it say the old one. Kinda bummed that I had to rebook a ticket for November 13th at 11: 20 am. Maybe the app is the problem.
So far getting info on travel plans it has been a breeze. After my travel from Stockton CA, 95203 to Gillette or Wyoming I will give my experience of my travel.
In an emergency situation, being pregnant and having no extra time I had to park very briefly in the rtd area. I was told politely by a female employee I couldn't park there and immediately entered my vechicle as quickly as possible to exit. As I am leaving a Male employee stops me unnecessarily to speak to me in an incredibly condescending malicious manner even after I tell him I am clearly exiting. My pregnancy is high risk and I did not appreciate being treated that way, no one should be treated that way.
Bought a ticket, departure is at 7: 30. But Bus left 20 minutes early and does not care if they leave most of thier passenger. Please leave on designated time, you have a list of the people you are picking up.
