Greyhound: Bus Stop reviews
12Was very impressed. Made my reservation online and the bus showed up minutes afterwards - showed my phone to scan and was on the bus. Very reliable at an important time. Kudos to Greyhound and Anaheim's ARTIC for providing this wonderful avenue of transportation.
Really disappointed bus. Was supposed to be here. 9;00am on. 2/17/2023 And still not here.
I was actually at the Flixbus stop. It's on the was east side of the Anaheim building by 11 bus stop. It has a Flixbus logo on the right side. I waited there. The bus came in a red color and I was told it was fairly new. The architecture is great.
Clean station. When I arrived someone was being detained by police. So I think they have the place secure.
Definitely plan to use the ARTIC station when I need to commute to LA.

My first time that and I love it!
Its so clean, and the lady at the desk is so friending and helpful.
This place is usually spotless at least when i been here before. The bathrooms were littered with trash so was the outside. This is a good place to stop to use the bathroom when you're on the bus. The stop has a vending machine that rents library books thats cool and a monitor where the public can use the internet for a few minutes. It is really beautiful places to sit while you wait for your bus or train.
I absolutely love the architecture of this place and all the signs are easy to read and you know exactly where the buses and trains are and which platform and what time. We love taking the Pacific Surfliner from here because there is plenty of parking and just all in all bigger space for pick up and drop off zones. Pandemic times have really hit this place hard as far as people traffic goes, but nevertheless they really kept this place clean despite the homeless hanging out in there sometimes.
The bays are well marked. Well enough that I knew I couldn't find mine, on a Sunday afternoon. Thankfully there was a real human information clerk who explained to me where I needed to be. On a Sunday afternoon, with COVID going on, they still had staff onsite, thank you.
This bus station feels like an airport. Is very lovely on the eyes with it's vaulted high ceilings, spacious lounges, and open airy feel. It actually makes waiting for a Greyhound a pleasant experience. It's possible Amtrak and Metrolink trains also stop here, but I don't remember.
Better have a smart phone for your greyhound ticket. No one to help you, tell you the time, light your ciggy, give you an update on bus arrival time. Dark area and very cold too. Uncomfortable chairs because they're afraid a poor homeless person might be able to rest there.

Where’s the High-Speed Rail the State has been harpin’ about? Forget it, I’ll just drive my big SUV to where I’m going.
