Jake showed up on time, was professional, explained what the condition of my Orangeburg piping was. (terrible.blistered, deformed, and definitely failing). Cleared the blockage, but could not guarantee it would not soon clog again. Showed me via camera what/where the blockage was, and the root penetration situation. Gave me an estimate of three options for actually fixing the issue. Will be discussing with my wife, who is out of town.

James was fantastic. What I thought was a disaster turned out to be not as bad as I thought. James made everything right. He was quick precise and very knowledgeable. Calmed my nerves right away. I always call Griffin plumbing for all my plumbing needs because I know they will get it right the first time.

Mark is a wonderful ambassador for Griffin Plumbing. He accomplished a difficult installation of a new faucet in an older modular home that two other companies had either declined to do or charged for coming out and offering to "try but it may not work"! Communication with the office staff was easy and efficient. Thank you, Mark.

Griffin plumbing is a bunch of rip-off artists. I was out of town, and they tried charging my wife $1200+ to install a $120 faucet in the kitchen sink. They are despicable and were reported to the BBB for price gouging and dishonest business practices. Warning, DO NOT use this company! I would give them a minus one-star rating if possible.

On 3/3/23, Griffin Plumbing sent Mark Hocking to my house to inspect my garbage disposal. He found it was in need of replacement, and he patiently walked me through all my options and even gave me some time to do research before I made a decision. Once I decided on the model I wanted, he secured the disposal and installed it the same day. He did a great job cleaning up after the installation, and, after a month, I'm very happy with my decision and the work and customer service Mark provided. Had to take my wife in for a medical procedure very early in the morning on a Friday. Noticed water on the floor while getting ready, water pouring out the bottom of the water heater! Called in Griffin to help. The guys were there before noon, and we had a new water heater by that afternoon. The guys were professional and courteous. They've got a customer for life!

Sean and his team were very professional, in fact, my brother-in-law who owns an electrical business said he wanted to video them and have his employees learn from the Griffin team on how to be professional!
