Very unfriendly places wait too long for the dock. Don't give the dock endless waiting

This is a terrible place for truck drivers. The warehouse staff are not in a hurry. I got here at 9: 30 for my 10 o'clock appointment. It's now 1 pm and I'm still waiting for the loading dock. I don't have the ability to make so many appointments. Don't come

Terrible service with customers, they are not friendly, and they make a lot of mistakes, they charge you twice for the same product and after that they send you the wrong one. To collect they are fast but to give you a credit you have to wait a long time for them to resolve it. TERRIBLE

I've been a customer of Grimco for over 6 years, they've been our main supplier of large format supplies for the better part of a decade. When I started we had a Grimco rep who I could call at a moments notice for anything I needed. Then Grimco moved away from having a rep for our business but if we ordered through the website in the morning our items would most of the time be delivered that afternoon. (Our business is about 10 minutes away from their location) Then they changed to having deliveries by next day only, but if they had it in the local warehouse, we could pick up our items if it was an emergency. Now this year they've changed to what they refer to as "Daily Distro" meaning they no longer carry anything locally and only stock items in their Orange County location but deliver every day. This has had a serious impact on our ability to meet customer deadlines and now when I order something and even if the website says they'll have it the next day, they no longer deliver in the mornings, its later and later in the day OR 2 days. They've become seriously unreliable and I've been moving our business to competitors like Glantz & Piedmont. I still have to rely on Grimco for ink for my Epson printer but to be honest if I didn't have that need, I would ditch Grimco altogether because I don't feel like customers are a priority to them. It seems like another company that is happy to collect your money but has no concern for you or your business. It's sad to see a company decline like this, almost like a car accident in slow motion, where people at the top find ways to save money but don't consider the customers they're going to lose as a result of their cold, impersonal choices. Bring back customer service, bring back personal relationships, and you'll bring back the customers you're losing because of this ridiculous Daily Distro practice that is losing you money.
