Grocery Outlet reviews
17I adore the employees at grocery outlet. They ate always kind respectable and very hardworking. I hope the owners compensate thier employees with token of appreciation. Ms. D
I was impressed by the cashiers here.they were pleasant and very concerned with how your shopping was at their store. Also, the store was easy to shop around in. Clean and neat.
Grocery Outlet is known for its bargain prices. What sets this store apart from others of this type is that it is well maintained. Selection of items available for sale will vary.
Good selection of produce and also fast checkout. Not really sure if the prices are a bargain but the prices are decent.
Check your receipts. I bought face cleanser. The supervisor went to check the price and came back with the wrong price $4.99. The item was $3.99. I went back to get a refund and the supervisor only entered $1.00 without the tax. I mentioned the tax and she added it. But they just ended up charging me another $1.09 say what! So they owed me back $2.19 total. The 3rd time was the charm and finally got my money back.
Prices are very good and the staff is very helpful which is a new thing when customer service seems to have disappeared into yesteryear
The employees go above and beyond. The manager wouldn't let the homeless person in that I was buying groceriers for. When I asked him why he told me that since I was nosy he would tell me. When he explained I saw him not letting the homeless person in there was justified but still, he did not have to be rude to me.
So seethe picture, you guys have the most expensive bread and tortilla plus egg prices.r u really a bargain market or just try to sneak in high price item along with the expried items. By the way Walmart is cheaper with more variety of options to choose from specially in the basic household grocery itemsile eggs break milk juice jams butter meat veges and specially PITA and ToRtillas. I asked the cashier why your tortillas are 6 dollars she said cause it's organic. I was like dang this 8piece medium size organic is almost more than a big meal at KFC. She later told me she buys those 6 dollar tortillas for herself, I was like, why I am wasting my time here.
Terrible place dirty always, especially his manager, to be honest, they behaving like is some kind off famous store in town is the extremely disappointing place to buying food
As always grocery outlet has some of the best deals you'll ever find. Especially if you like fine chocolate. I went in to get maybe three items, and ended up spending $50. At any other store I would have spent over a hundred. I love this place.
This shop, where I've always been, never ceases to amaze me with its operations. In the cashier lines, they had a proper line for their clients. They were very supportive to the elderly. The whole crew was courteous and pleasant. Keep up the fantastic job!
Besides the fact that the associates don't seem to care about their job and/or the company does not put properly information them. Spoke with the manager about them unloading at unreasonable hours on a weekend 6am in the morning on a Saturday. There response. ''I will check with the realtor about that''. For a company that speaks about being all about their neighborhood. They are greatly failing at this and since they got a bad review for the Better Business Bureau. They are also a poor business as well. Considering there is a health concern and they can't understand basic City code for unloading. I would not trust them with my health!
They are awful. I parked my car and later on discovered that it was towed, had to pay 430 for that. They don’t put any CLEAR signs saying that the parking lot is only for their customers. First of all, the parking lot is huge, and that area has many stores, so it is not obvious. If you go to wholefoods, they put big signs saying parking limited for 2 hours, well this low level grocery store didn’t, which makes me think if someone else is profiting from the towing business. Weird that the manager had the towing phone number memorized, but never cared about putting signs about towing. What a shame. Taking money away from students.
Good prices on most produce and meats here, but can't personally speak for the other miscellaneous items here like home wares or seasonings.
I'm a low spender in terms of groceries and I would love deals in groceries generally. This shop has almost every grocery at bargain price. Check once regarding items expiry as at times, it may expire in one or two months. Great shop to buy a verity of things.
They wont your money but you can't use there bathroom that how a lot of stores are good enough to spend your money but not good enough to use their bathroom
I'm on a work trip here, from Alabama. The prices were reasonable. The staff was helpful. Everything was well organized and easy to find. I really liked it.
