Grocery Outlet, Fullerton CA

It is nice to have a local market for groceries. The last local market was destroyed by the unions that picketed and kept the neighbors out of there by their unpleasant behavior. It's too bad that happened in the past. It's nice to be able to just walk to a food supermarket when needing just a few grocery items.

My go to grocery store for trying new brands I never originally would. They offer amazing value and the staff are extremely helpful

I've been to this outlet, I am a master's student never been this humiliated let me tell what happened I went in straight from college had my bag on me but person standing in the entrance I guess 'might' have asked to take my bag off since I had my headphones on I didn't heard him couple of minutes later i realised I have to get my bag off I asked him where can I keep it but he yelled at me and asked me to leave. I felt I was being racially profiled. NEVER visiting any other grocery outlet.

I always find good deals here. Some things I can only find here. Customer service is always friendly too.

This is the greatest place to go shopping for food not all their foods at a great price but they have a lot of stuff that's at a really great price you should check it out where's the drive not that far from my house but they're scattered around but it's worth the drive great place to shop people are great people are nice I love it.

This location is extremely prejudice Debbie and the other manager or associate that wears a black polo Caucasian female is extremely rude they are in our community and treat us lower than dirt not allowing patrons to walk in with bags as it is a shopping complex and many of us take public transportation how else can we do our shopping when asked about a post regarding these rules Debbie who is extremely rude and I felt very disrespected with the comments she makes if I would have handled the situation as they did the police would have been called and I would have been banned from this location which is not a worry as I will never return

I like shopping at Grocery Outlet as a supplement to regular grocery runs. Sometimes there are amazing deals, but you can't count on anything to be regularly in stock. I think it's best for trying fancy bougie groceries at a discount. Make sure you check expiration dates on everything, because often the reason the products are so cheap is because they're short-dated!

This is a good grocery store, overall, as they do keep their promise on bargain produced here. They offer variety selection of meat, protein products, dairy and dry goods, and it’s close to planet fitness, convenient for gym members. With that being said, this store has issue with cashier, particularly the old lady. I had my card not ready for purchase as 2 unexpected charges got debited on my card that day. It’s something unexpected so my transaction got declined. I quickly go on my banking app to fix the issue, lasted about a minute. Suddenly she threatened to cancel my grocery though she already called 2 cashier to help her. No sign of frustration with customers behind me yet she used the excuse to cancel the order and kick me out of the store to fix my card, which doesn’t even take that long. I argued with her for a bit regarding the matter out of frustration, and I just felt being disrespected out of her rudeness.
I don’t like writing a negative feedback here as it’s a decent store. But I feel the need to address this, one grumpy and rude cashier shouldn’t ruin the whole store and cause customers to not returning here. Just because she’s a senior citizen doesn’t mean she can get away with bad attitude. I hope this store can improve with this matter as I don’t think it’s first time someone complained about the bad customer service here.

I witnessed a black man who was coming from the gym next door to get milk get kicked out from the store and had the cops called on him. The reason? Well the store manager gave two different ones at different times: (all black people look the same /s) he looked like someone they had kicked out earlier and the other reason was they decided he seemed drunk.

The police told the man that since they didn't say race was the reason he was kicked out that the manager has a right to refuse service.

We live down the street and would come here frequently, but we will no longer shop here.

The employees at this store are very rude to customers, they need to take anger management classes, they talk like they are fighting in prisons, especially the manager. Disgusting.

I ride a bike and have to carry my backpack. I've been here a few times and no one has said anything until this white blonde woman who was probably a worker, told a male older coworker to tell me no backpacks inside. First is that she couldn't tell me herself and second is that I'd rather have someone follow me than to leave my bags in the front where it can be grabbed. Never coming again

Wonderful shopping experience, friendly helpful staff, and got decent balsamic vinegar at 68 cents for 7 oz!

I go here quite often. First challenge is often the parking lot which they share with others, including a health club. Something for everyone however be prepared for unkept shelves, missing prices, wrong scanned price at checkout and soon to be expiration dates. Some of the best deals are on near expired products (yes, I have bought them and lived to tell about it). I think the annoying factor is lack of prices.and don't ask the owner as he really doesn't want to be bothered. Try and make a mental note. Beer selection is quite decent with wine options full of off brands at acceptable prices.

I was just yelled at with no warning and they were already on the phone with the police describing me? For having my service animal with me. I am blown away at the amount of disrespect and disregard from other employees, nobody seemed to care that this man was yelling at me without speaking to me like an adult. I didnt even have the energy to show them my certificate. If you have a disability or any mental health issues please do not come here. I am still crying from this horrible experience. I don’t know why people don’t treat each other with kindness or respect.
