I hope the owners / franchisees (?) See this review - your store manager just lost you a couple families worth of customers by simply not taking a coupon that was issued by your own store. Add to that her terrible demeanor - what used to be a positive review is tarnished at this location.

You'd think in this day and age of contactless payments, one would encourage their shoppers to use every option at their disposal to buy at their store.

Too bad they'll be losing out on a fair amount of purchases over something so simple to have taken care of right at the register.

But add to that, manager Ali (Allie? Ally? No name tag) was surprisingly rude over something so simple - she was very forceful in insisting when all I did was ask if there was any option - bummer. Maybe she doesn't realize that shoppers take time out of their day, leave their families at home, drive and bear traffic - giving all that I spent doing that day, she had little care for her customer.

It was okay shopping at this GO. They have mostly what I was looking for. The cashier checkout lady that rang my stuff up was helpful and friendly.

I think this is a great Grocery Outlet location. Remember to always check the expiration dates of the items you're grabbing!

As of today, Grocery Outlet is not enforcing mask guidelines. Several customers were wearing no masks. Staff and customers had masks below their noses. Cashier, Genee, was extremely rude when asked about the policy. I will not be shopping there for my large family again.

Some items I purchased where stale and one back of chips was rancid despite beat by dates. Fantastic job with pandemic safety measures

I am a Grocery Outlet fan! Where ever I travel, if there's a GOBM in town I'll visit because it's like Forrest Gump says "it's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you'll find"! Best kept secret, the wine section!

Sarah must of come from the streets of Flint, Michigan with phone calls habits like that! Why are people like that allowed with the retail public ️

Grocery outlet by far as one of my favorite stores since I work downtown since I work at the one downtown I shop at the one on capital but I live in a rancho Cordova an option shop at the one on Zinfandel

One of my goto stores for organic and, high-end products at discount prices staff is friendly and there are some really great deals. This location is great for coconut milk organic cheese avocado oil or coconut oil and sugar free pasta sauce.

It has changed owners and staff so many times in the past year, I'm sorry to say it has gone down hill.
The staff is not friendly nobody greets you or remembers the regular customers
I'm very disappointed.

You never know what you're going to find here. But it's very clean doing it very well organized. This is not a scratch and dent store. And high-quality merchandise

Normally have good deals, but make sure to check the dates as some are either expired or close. Overall nice workers and clean store.

This is one of the most pleasant shopping experiences to be had in Rancho Cordova. Please be mindful that this is a subjective opinion, but the staff are alle very friendly and forthcoming as well as communicative. Plus: nothing beats their prices!

I love it. I go to buy the ingredients that I need when im about to cook. The prices are great and the snacks that people love, you can get it for the low:)

Grocery Outlet has some fabulous deals. I go here every time I want to save money. It's neat it's clean it's well-organised and don't let the word Outlet fool you. I've never seen a scratch and dent section in the store. Staff is courteous and friendly

Back in the dazes.it was called "Canned Foods" it was the Best place to buy groceries.thew the years it changed its name to "Grocery Outlet". Like fine "Wine" - n I love ther wine selection.it's aged to perfection.more varieties on food n household items. Still the Top Best place to get a Bargain on groceries n more.:). Check it Out*

I save so much at this store. The tellers are great. Even when I spend 300. To 400. Dollars. Lol

Awesome bargains some hard to find stuff better get it while you see it because it may not be there next time

Great prices and I always find a few high quality items at 50% less than the standard grocery store. They also have a vet discount!
