Worst place to deliver i had an appointment at 9am and i came here at 8.50am. Still they made me wait till 11.00am to get a dock, they got us unloaded only by 1.40 pm, almost 5 hours
And when we told them we have a pick up they told us they cannot tell us an estimated time. They dont have space there so we have to wait

The lady at the guard shack is always on the phone. She's there in the mornings, not serious about her job, and doesn't like to work.making this place unproductive and negative.

Entrance for trucks is on Florin Perkins rd, on your right hand side if your are traveling north to south on Florin Perkins rd. They have a GROCERY OUTLET sign outside, wait for the lift door to open and check in with gaurd shack after you park your truck inside the warehouse. Gaurd shack will get your info and directions you to the appropriate side of the building and you will have to check in with shipping or receiving again which is next to the dock. They will get your number and give you a call as soon as they have the dock available. Less than 2 hours to unload a dry full truck load, not bad.

It took 25 minutes to get unloaded
Everyone was friendly and polite
The security guard that was working that afternoon shift was very friendly and polite
They know how to take care of drivers

My load was a drop and hood, but I will admit, the security guard was nice and professional. She wasn't evil lime some places I deliver to. Only think I didn't like was the fact that where my empty trlr was, being a dirt lot, you would think that they could pave it or something, cause that lot will mess up a truck, cause the gigantic pot holes in there

So from my experience I don’t recommend to get a food load here, you will have to wait a couple of hours even you will have an appointment you will still need to wait until they will have an open dock door as they told me …, but I see that they do have a dock door available 15,14,13,11,10,8…. And a few trucks are still waiting as i do,
Don’t come early then you appointment, you will still need to wait until the appointment time!

Bad experience i have 9 am apt out 4: 25 pm avoid if you can in receiving office guy very bad attitude waste my whole day

I arrived about 4 hrs early. Guard was nice, we had a steady conversation through out checking in. He was able to get me in 1 1/2 hr before my appointment. Nice! Plenty of room docking, I was so tired, and had only 30mins on my clock. Asked the guard if I could park on the yard for a bit. He told me they didn’t have anymore room. In other postings this was accommodated. I had seen a number of open spots, driving back up to the front, including the spot he had me stage in. But he said no, and directed me to an area around the corner.
I felt if I had paid him, I would’ve been able to stay. Don’t know for sure, but I did notice, there was another guard coming in, and when the first guard told me they were full, he looked over at the guard shack, (door was closed) and then, in a low voice told me there was no room. I kind’ve felt, money would’ve made a difference.

I read the reviews, and i disagree with some, i was able to check in 6 hrs early, got a door within 2 hours, and left 3 hours before my original appointment time. The guard was really polite and helpful. Restrooms and plenty of parking

Security. Receiving, and unloading was great. Arrived 2200 was able to sleep on premises, checked in receiving at 0500 and was un loaded by 0600. Appointment was at 1200.

Anti unamerican place that is STILL trying to endure the petty tyranny known as mask mandates. This is AFTER the head of the CDC admitted on CNN that they're is such a thing as "one way masking"! This is AFTER years of data have shown zero difference between the results of places with mandates and free areas. Stop trying to enforce YOUR level of risk tolerance on your fellow Americans. If you're a freedom loving owner operator, stay clear of this place.

My 1st time coming here and I had a great experience, Very rare you find a company willing to let truck driver stay overnight Parking. Thank you for that grocery outlet!

Came in about 9: 30 PM and my Appointment time was at 5: 30 AM, I checked in at receiving pretty quick (5: 30am) I backed into a door and I got off loaded very quickly.

In fact the dock door was open and the receiver was waiting for me as I was backing up

I don't think it can get better than that.
